It's bad that I have to wait to get an external link to download video that I created in my own mobile... Idiots

It need some more improvement I wish that don't have to pay for in order for someone to subscribe it would make MORE sense if you just left it no pay for free please do this it will help the improvement.

Very useful app. Best of its kind that i have come across. Is it possible to edit recordings by cutting out unwanted sections? If not, that is my only issue with ths app. If anyone else knows how to do this within the app any advise is welcomed ☺

I love the app...especially that I can immediately email videos to student without waiting for a long upload. My only problem is that many times when I try to send a video, I get a message that says, "publisher server problem" and won't send

Do not upgrade to the Pro Subscription. The HD converter does not work. I can't get videos to convert without contacting support. They do not get back to you. The app is great, but it is not worth the upgrade. Support is horrid.

This is app is great and does everything I expect it to do for a reasonable price, but there are two main issues that prevent me from giving it 5 stars: 1) The app does not seem to recognise that I have stylus-enabled device (it a Samsung Galaxy Note 2014 tablet). The app has the option to be stylus-only, but the option is greyed out, presumably because it doesn't recognise my device properly. 2) Like many users of Lensoo I am a teacher. Most schools operate behind proxy settings. If I use the app at work, I cannot publish because the app bounces off the proxy settings. There needs to be an option to enter proxy settings for the app so that publishing can occur using a school wifi network.

Recording video can't save in SD card. Can you fix it?

U should give the exporting option in the app it self. I have purchased it please give me the option to export it in the app.

I like the app, but I would like it to be more math teacher friendly. More shapes, the ability to draw lines at any angle, the ability to draw dashed lines, lines with arrows on the end, maybe create a small custom image gallery where I can save and drag commonly used shapes,graphs, and equations. I would even pay extra for a math pack. Other than that, I'm having trouble with the video processing. I created a 10 min video 8 hours ago and it is still not ready to download. If it's on my tablet I'm not sure why I can't just save it and upload to Google classroom. I look forward to your future updates and hope to see this app grow. This is the best solution for me to create tutorials for my students. Thanks!

Hi, I recently joined the premium upgrade because I am enjoying doing tutoring videos. However, j cannot Download any videos even in HD to my laptop or the tablet. It says this is from a server error; please address this issue ASAP as I am in need of posting videos daily in other websites. It is the only frustration I am experiencing at the moment. Other than that, the app is amazing.

The app is just great, easy to work on, the camera is a plus , the green and blackboards with the vintage style make it like a real class room. However, I have not been able to download to my tablet or upload the video to you tube, after 8 hours of reading a message of processing a video o 10 minutes I just quit. Please tell me the trick to share my videos Review # 2. After receiving the answer from Lensoo Create where it is stated that right now I cannot upload my videos to You tube due to a high demand of the servers, and without the ability to upload or download the videos the app is pretty much useless for me. What a shame the app is great but this snag makes the app unserviceable.

The app helps me a lot. Truly i mean it. Just one issue...can i get the option to save the videos in less than 480 p contrast as this default setting needs larger memory.

It's great to use. I would like to see included ability to add different files like docs, spreadsheets or ppoint slides. Is there a way to not tape the menu? And if there's connectivity with teacher's computer with projector, this would be a blessing.

I've been using EE for about 2 years and recently they set up a new fee based system which means paying $80 a year. As a working teacher supporting a family of 5, this is no longer an option. Hence my move to Lensoo. It has great possibilities but issues like not being able to load PDF files unless they reside on the device and an inability to resize the live video window beyond preset options is hurting the popularity. I also have been unable to upload my videos to Youtube, or to download them to my device. The dialog window continuously saysprocessing but never progresses beyond that point. So the only thing I can do is use the shareable link. However, since I use Zaption in combination with Youtube, the inability to download or upload to Youtube is a big negative. Nevertheless, if the dev's take advice from educators, the app has real promise and could be a strong challenger to EE.

I got the app. I noticed that something I wanted was available only in the Premium version. Within the app, it said I could upgrade to the Premium version for only $5.00 per year. But the app will not log on. I then notice that here on Google Play, it says the special offer ended in November, 2015, four months earlier. But Google Play doesn't offer the Premium version, either. So I wonder, does the company still exist outside its website? I went to its website. A number of the functions give me 500-type errors. What's up here? Is this an actively supported app or not? ------ 3/25/16 Review update: Lensoo noticed my review, as you can tell by their attached comments. So now I have the Premium version. But because my original need for Lensoo was required for a class assignment that has already been finished, for a course that is now over, I'm unable to use the app. I did see a video created by another person using Lensoo, and it does seem to fit possible future needs. Because of customer-support responsiveness, I upped my review therefore from two stars to three stars. If I later create videos as good as I saw, five stars...

Please allow saving videos to gallery or downloading from server. Otherwise the app is useless for me despite all its 5-star attributes.

Please add the ability to zoom in and out, and the ability to rotate objects.

Looking for chromecast broadcast built in as well as Web page casting and on the fly noting on the Web pages

So far, so good. I'll see if my students like it.

Great screencasting app would love it if you could easily import scrapbook images captured by the s-pen, copy and paste a snip of a website etc presentation seem to be straight forward
