App is installed and gives me OTP code. However,, attempts to login result in "Unknown Error" in Outlook Web App, rendering this app useless for me.

The app graphics in Google play are English but when it installed on my phone it become simplified Chinese which I don't understand. And the app do not have option to change interface language to English. Also this app request permission to call out, which I do not understand why this APP need to call out and manage the call in order to manage the security access. I am not comfortable to give this app my call management access.
