I found the app quite intuitive to use and helped with my mortgage shopping. Best part compared to online sites was the fact that actual rates are displayed quickly, not just call backs. I confirmed one of them that I was interested in and the vendor confirmed that they would offer the rate quoted by the app.

I just wanted to do a simple mortgage calculation and the next thing I know I'm going down this sales funnel the end result which seemed it would be people contacting me with offers. I never did get my mortgage calculation. I was contacted by the developer and ensured that nobody contacts you unless you specifically request it, and I believe them, but the experience feels like a sales pitch/lead generator and that makes me uncomfortable when I simply want a calculator. Would rather see ads than that.

Love the app, easy, functional, great. Would love to se the option of tenants on it, like a home care income on case the house I buying have already part of it rented, that way I can know how much could I qualify with that extra passive income that I could use at the time of the finance negotiation with the bank. Thanks to the dev for such a great app.
