Constituição Federal do Brasil

Aprovada pela Assembléia Nacional Constituinte em 22/09/1988 e promulgada em 5/10/1988, a Constituição Federal é a lei fundamental e suprema do Brasil. É o conjunto de normas que enumera os poderes e a política fundamental e estabelece a estrutura, procedimentos e poderes e direitos do governo e dos cidadãos brasileiros.
Criada após o Regime Militar, a Constituição garantiu o direito maior do cidadão que vive em uma democracia: a eleição direta para vários cargos da política nacional. E estabeleceu também maior responsabilidade fiscal. Approved by the National Constituent Assembly on 22/09/1988 and 05/10/1988 enacted in the Federal Constitution is the fundamental law and supreme Brazil. It is the set of standards that enumerates the powers and key policy and establishes the structure, procedures and powers and duties of the government and Brazilian citizens.
Created after the military regime, the Constitution guaranteed the right greater citizen living in a democracy: the direct election to various positions of national policy. And also established greater fiscal responsibility.
