= How to add Widgets to the Home screen =
Adding the Ubuntu Countdown Widget to your Android Home screen is easy! Just follow the instructions below:
1. On your Android Home screen press the MENU key and select "Add" or, alternatively, tap any blank/empty area and hold down your finger.
2. An "Add to Home screen" window will pop up. From that window, tap "Widgets".
3. Select one of the two "Ubuntu Countdown Widgets".

Some people want hour and minute countdowns. But this is impossible as Canonical can release at any time within the last day. Last second delays are common. It's kind of like trying to arrive at a destination within 5 seconds with a car GPS. You just can't get that granular. Works as intended though!

Should I uninstall this or are you going to make it available ?? I've used these app quite frequently but looks like I may have to uninstall this if 2015 calender isn't made available.

It is out by a day on the 12.04 release. Probably because I'm in NZST timezone and the dates they are using it Euro or US for the release date. Not a biggie ... have enjoyed watching it count down but that would be a nice fix to be accurate to the day.

Can you please remove google analytics and it's 2 required permissions. You didn't need that last time. Keep It Simple Sir! (See KISS principle on Wikipedia) Otherwise, neat little widget, 5 star.

(Edit: It is counting for the 14.04 now) At this day it is not counting for the 14.04, but it is possible to add a custom date. Would be nice to have some transparent theme
