Massively buggy. Android app crashes constantly and may not even connect to your new $2,000 bed frame. The iOS version seems to work OK, and this basically proves that the app is broken, not the hardware. If you are seriously considering purchasing this bed frame, make certain it works with your smartphone first, AND make sure you have a plan in place if it doesn't work when delivered to your home, as different frames apparently have different firmware versions. Caveat Emptor!!

While this app connects and works fine with the queen bed in our house, it will not connect to the king bed (synced twinXL frames). The problem appears to be related to how the Bluetooth module announces itself, which is different from the queen bed. We have confirmed that the need works fine with the iPhone version of the app. Extremely unhappy, since the app is required to access many features the physical remote doesn't support.

App closes every time. Will not sync with bed. Please fix the app. Very disappointing. If I could give this 0 stars I would after spending over 4000 on this bed, you would think I could get the app to work. Nope!!! WTH

Why can't you get the most basic part of this programming right? It crashes every time I try to select a bed! Garbage. Either fix it, send current owners free remotes with "wave" on it, or send gift cards to current owners.

I was able to pair my L&P 700 Base easily and with no problem to both my iPod and my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. For anyone having issues, unplug your bed and plug it back in then pair directly through your Bluetooth settings on your phone before opening the app.

Will not pair with our new LP BED CONTROL bluetooth presencces. Crashes on scan to select a bed! Junk!

It's super easy to sync. I'm not sure where all the negative reviews come from. Just turn on Bluetooth from your phone. Unplug the base, replug it and open the app. The one thing is close out the first passcode and go to settings to find and pair the base. Easy easy and it's super super cool

At this point app is non-functional, crashes whenever I try to link to a base. Will re-evaluate when app is updated.

This is an easy to install and upload app ever. I love how it controls the up/down, and massage it gives, the timer is fantastic too. Their isn't nothing wrong with this app once you get it started, thanks so much for this app! :)

App will not sync, on android..called support 3 times to resolve without success. Only to be advised app is being updated check back in a few weeks.

Stood right next to it in the showroom. Would not allow phone to pair with it. As well as app would fail and shut down.

The app crashes on Android 7.1.2 when clicking Settings > Beds.

Sorry this app does not work. Needs serious upgrading. Can't find the bed even with my phone laying on top. Also app stops a lot!

App is useless. Unable to even install on my Samsung S7. Customer Service helpless when it comes to this app.

It didn't freeze, and it controls my Prodigy 2.0. I still need to test if the gentle alarm will work continuously, or will I have to set it every night.
