I have to keep resetting my password even though I did not input a wrong one. Very time consuming. Should come up with a finger print scanner.

The app is wonderful it helps me keep track of my identity while im on the go. Having kroll watching my identity is a powerful thing. Every financial insititution know who kroll is. This is the best and most comprehensive identity theft protection on the market.

Works as advertised. Great service. Shut everything down when I thought I was hacked. Turned out to be a false alarm on my part but they were there for me and quickly locked down all my accounts. A must these days. We live a simple life and don't have much but what we do have needs to be protected from the thieves ready to gobble up your worldly possessions. Trust Jesus, He will never leave you or forsake you.

I'm super excited to use this app. However, I accidently clicked the wrong phone type to install from my computer. Can someone help or give me some direction on how to reset the phone type so that I'm able to download this app on from phone?

Great app, I sleep better at night knowing I am protected. App sometimes needs to be restarted after an update or if you haven't logged in for a while. Support is the best!

ID shield is a nice app but it's a pain to set up the initial app on an Android phone. The link to make a new user goes to the forgot password page of the app. It's somewhat of a hassle to go through this as a user to set up a new account.

Very user friendly. Great peace of mind knowing you speak with Licensed Investigators even after hours in case we have an emergency 24/7. Like the fact you actually have to enter all forms of ID to be monitored. Medical ID. Drivers Lic. Passport. Up to 10 credit cards including store and many more.

I like the fact that everything is at the tip of my fingers....I can access credit score, view alerts of changes to credit report, etc. As well as contact representative 24 / 7!!

I like very much what the app does but sometimes it has connectivity issues or doesn't recognize my passcode, forcing me to reenter. Frustrating.
