App refuses to work. It will not email me with an authorization code, their IT guys provided another code and that failed too

Awful! Always down. Password reset never functional. Same with Web page.

I would like to see a fix for viewing digitized checks.

Really I can't see what's in my account the old one was better a lest I could see what I got

Loved that I have full access to my savings and checking account and can move money between accounts using the app.

Had some problems initially, but as a software engineer who develops software I expect that. Software does what it should and with mobile deposit now I am ecstatic about it!!!

Love this new app. So much better than the old one. It was limited and not smooth.

Those who had trouble with this app, go to the home banking website and read info on new login procedures. They changed. Or, call LCFCU for help. App is working fine on my Android phone.

Cannot login. I don't know who's writing this app but its terrible.

Both mobile and app don't work and now I am locked out... hope they make this better... thought there was supposed to be a mobile deposit... like every other bank

Updated App was promoted for months promising mobile deposit, etc. Only trouble logging in so far. Had to rename my user ID on PC login also. Finally was able to log in only to discover no big changes. No mobile deposit. SAD

New app is simple with a clean interface. However, after being idle for a while, it gets disconnected from the bank for security reasons, but it isn't smart enough to ask for your password again. It just spits out an error message until you manually kill the app and restart it.

Can't login to mobile and now my online account is locked. Not cool.

Cannot get into the app. Keeps crashing had to reset password snd still cant get into my account.

App doesn't recognize old credentials hence I am locked out of my accounts

This app is slow down loading. Been downloading for two days now. Trying to be patient.

This app does not work. I have not been able to complete the install and therefore cannot access my accounts. I am very dissatisfied!
