About The Ledger
"Looking inwards and into the deepest recesses of one’s own self may just be what everyone needs in this time of confusion, affliction, and chaos, caused by the busy, stressful and fast-paced lifestyle that seems to rule the people of today. What better way to escape the savageness and ruthlessness of today’s world than to go back to one’s own roots – one’s own mind, heart, and body. That’s what author Teja A. Jaensch hopes to bring with the release of his newly published book, The Ledger of Good and Evil: A Manual for Humanity.
From ancient Chinese teachings comes a method by which one can observe ones self honestly, take control of one’s actions and free one’s self from the stronghold of circumstance and negativity.
Like a stone falling into a pond, one’s thoughts, emotions, actions, and inactions ripple out into the world.
In sharing the message of this book, Teja hopes that everyone’s combined ripples will send a tidal wave of benevolence through humanity and pave the way for a world where hatred, greed, fear and war can finally be left at the riverbank.
This book offers a ray of hope and light in these times of pain, guilt, and animosity, with its strong message of getting rid of the negative vibes by starting with one’s own self.
Part one of the book is the translation of Shi Yinfu and the Ledger of Good and Evil, first translated and published in English by Dr Yaron Seidman and Teja A. Jaensch in Hunyuan Xinfa: The Lost Heart of Medicine. This current version is Teja's abridged translation.
Part two of the book is the classic list of 100 Medicines and 100 Diseases, to help guide the reader in their cultivation and contemplation.
Dr Vita Revelli has translated the story of Shi Yinfu into Greek and Spanish."
