Read the app reviews before buying after seeing mixed reviews mostly people whining how shite it is i took a chance on buying the bulb after plugging it in and playing around it works really well the timer works flawlessly something i need to wake up to on those dark mornings. Music works well and the dimming and colour changing all good seriously dont know what's up with some people was that easy to set up bet my 4 year old could do it, misses loves it worth a buy using s7 edge

Works great, no connection issues. People complaining about that likely do not meet minimum spec criteria like Bluetooth smart 4 and android 4.3. The controls are ultra responsive and I switch between colours easily. Excellent bulb and great app

The app works fine for me, apart from the music thing but I've not tried that thoroughly yet. What concerns me is that I think that anyone with the app can control the bulb, there's no password or other linking process required. So in theory anyone walking past could hijack it if they knew what they were looking for.

This is the app that the QR code leads to on the Time2 bulbs instructions, possibly other bulbs but that's what I bought. The app requires mic permissions, not sure why though as i don't see any voice control? The UI works but could do with a touch of design improvement. It found the bulb easily and connected with no problems

The app was bad and only connected intermittently- I upgraded my phone to Xperia Z3 and now it won't connect at all. Poor response from app team. Where are the replies or fixes. A waste of £25.

Tried multiple times doesnt connect. Only works for apple devices.

Worked for a few days and now just comes up with error.

It would be nice to see some responses from the app about how they are planning to sort these issues. As some of these reviews go way back it seems that they just don't care! They have sold you there item got their money and ran. Such a shame.

Never connects (well very rarely), making my bulb a very expensive plain white bulb, this is such a cool idea ruined by bad programming. Absolutely zero dev support also, they just take your money and run!

Can't connect to bulbs using sony xperia z or z2

its working perfectly on my note 3 no mistakes at all ....i gave 3 stars coz u asked for accessing the mic and photos when i installed the app ....i dont understand why you need access to my photos and mic ? there is no option at all to use any pic or any recording

Main reason I bought it for was for the music controlled lighting. Doesn't work, annoying!

Après does it make bulb dance to music but more to the alarm sounds. No proximity sensor to turn on/off when in range. App sometimes closes. Please fix.and have the ability to app multiple alarms
