I bought €15 credit and activated it to saver, but I can't make a single call, despite the fact that I have unlimited call time till November. You don't cheat your customers in business, but you should compete constructively with your competitors. I need my credit back.

I have 12 Euro balance but later it becomes no credit it i have send email to support@lebara but they reply me to send complain to forum they give me link but its not work disheartened me and disappointed me

They have robbed my 12 euro from my account. Didn't return that balance after contacting with them. So guys don't use this robber apps.

Most disgusting & cheating application ever. I was charged twice as was mentioned by the application. Software is so outdated. Jus want finish my balance & delete it forever.

I made test call to my own number, there is no any voice after connected but still deduct the balance from my account, tried to send email to support but only recevice the auto response saying that no longer support via email, no point to use it with bad services.

i used this app for the better part of 8 months fine in the usa without any issues, suddenly i reinstalled it since it kept getting crashing. once i enter my number again it said not available in my country WTF! i preferred this app over hangouts because of the low rate even with all its bugs now is useless. good thing my credit balance was about 1 dollar and not higher

When I cal some no. To Pakistan it shows it costs 0.015 cent/min. But it charge lot more like 15 to 20 cents per min. Plzz solve this issue

WORST CALLING APP!!! I DETEST IT. Despite all the flaws, high rates and bad call quality, SOME TEL NUMBERS (Lycamobile, fixed/service lines) cannot be reached using Lebara. And these are the lines I call on regular basis. What need is there, buying Lebara airtime and still recharging local airtime at the same time??? -:(
