JIRA in Motion (Server/Cloud)

Liked it but some annoying bugs when editing a multi-line description or comment. I reported the issue to the developer in an email.

This app certainly reveals more features in a more intuitive way than the official app. I would disagree with its self-assessment of being "beautiful" though. It would look a lot nicer (imho) if its authors followed Android design guidelines more closely. I'd especially appreciate a flatter look that ditches the background images in the kanban view and overall uses fewer odd lines, shadows, and less garish colors throughout.

Pretty inconsistent on how it displays issues. Is it showing assigned to Me? Is it showing everyone? When I click that button it even sometimes shows nothing.

Wow, this app looks amazing. So much better than the official Jira cloud app. It seems to have everything I need. I can view backlogs, sprints, edit tickets easily.

It looks great, however can't use it because it doesn't support Atlassian ID and SAML. Please add support

Good app - does *almost* everything I need. If you could add worklogs and time estimates it would be perfect. Update - the ability to add worklogs now is great - will the be an update to add estimated time for each task? It's the only thing left for the app to be 100% functional for our team.

The best Jira app by far... Although very disappointing to see work logging requires administrator setup (and is probably a paid feature).

Nice app especially for JIRA (meaning we have few choices!), but I guess it could become drastically nice if it has some data cache. Now the first screen comes quite slowly so each time it gets data from server?

Just immediately crashes when I try to open a kanban board. May try it again when a newer version comes out.

Love the UI and data that is accessible. However, whenever I try to access the Backlog, I get the Android "Failed to retrieve data, please check your network connection" error. UPDATE: the Oct 26 Update to the app has fixed the Backlog issue. In my opinion, this app is now by far the best Jira app.

I'm having a really hard time finding a reason not to love this app... It's by no means perfect, but there seems to be very little in the way of usable Jira apps. The mobile version of the Jira site has very little functionality. The official Jira app is only for cloud hosting currently. Any other app is either trying to squeeze money out of you, give you a crappy experience or (usually) both.

Overall experience is nice. Loved multiple accounts and stuff, but I need to be able to book work logs using mobile application. Apparently Jira In Motion doesn't have such functionality - uninstalling

It does what I need when I am on the go, I wish it had more custom field support (or maybe I just missed it) but for a large majority of my boards I can't complete tickets because the custom fields are required.

This is perfect for mobile. On mobile you want a stripped down concentrated agile experience and this delivers. If you're used to trello you'll feel right at home. Perfect for stand up meetings.

Just missing functionality to attach things like screenshots to bugs. That's very important!

Logs in but then fails constantly, not fetching anything but names of workspaces, so for me it is useless, especially there is no logs window to peek looking forna reason of problems

This is great!! Very helpful & visually appealing. Can view my sprints, add & edit tasks, no problem. Great for brainstorming into my backlog from my phone. Needs a quick-add option to just type task summary & go. And ability to create sprints. (EDIT: Removed my question about monetization based on developer's reply. Thanks for the prompt response!)

What it does, it does well. Very limited though. Would love to be able to add work log.

Missing ability to filter agile board by specific assignee

Im missing just one thing - change status of tasks by dragging

Best layout and UI of any I have tried. Looking forward to features like listing and selection by favourite filters, multiple account logins and a status widget.

Simple and works like a charm, the only downfall for me is that you can't erase issues. Keep with the nice work.

2 features I'm really missing is the ability to see and edit all the custom fields and screens configured in jira and view and edit work logs

Easy to use, creating tickets on the go is a life saver.

Really pretty UI and Degined for user visiblity and convenience. I recommend this if you are using Jira Software ( previously, Jira + Jira Aigle ). The developer is going right direction. I hope to see attached images and other summary of attachments soon. :-)

This is the best JIRA Board mobile app so far.. keep it up!!

This app is very intuitive and eliminates lots of overheads. It greatly facilitates my workflow!
