Won't do anything unless you pay. Confusing interface, not easy to use, not worth paying for.

LBC left their old app up for download (I paid for it)after they knew the technology was to old to work. When emailed them for a refund they told me when this new app came out I would get the paid version of this app for free instead of a refund. However now that this new app is out I emailed them and got this response ' We have so far over 30k invested in this so it's not feasible to expect it to be without a cost unfortunately'. I wouldn't waste your money unless you want to be taken advantage of.

After a system reboot - I downloaded the app again. It will not let me "sign in" under my own name and it keeps posting "Hello John", very frustrating as I paid for the full app!
