First you must have settings on metric or it will not save then good luck pairing it I have tried 7 times and it failed saying wrong pass code even though I get the code from the device after the 10th time it finally paired but now it crashes when I go to settings to add new device ... No support? No help line or FAQs? What a pos

The app and the device both are useless.

This app all around is not friendly.

To get past the first page the Login page put everything in kg and cm otherwise it won't work.

The app has few Pros and lots of COns: Pros: 1. Setup is easy 2. Reliable, doesn't hang 3. Step count is pretty accurate and does not count the jerks in any car or bus travel. Cons: 1. Sleep analysis is not at all good, you cannot makeout anything from the data displayed 2. The targets never sync with bracelet, bracelet always shows 10K steps as target. 3. Sometimes the connection just gets disconnected and I don't get any notification on the band 4. Year tab for steps is in chinese and I cannot makeout what is written there 5. Could be a lot better graphically 7. Remaining battery (till it is too low) is shown neither on the band nor in the app. You just have to keep guessing the battery level Overall below satisfactory level. Better improve the app.

I have been stuck on the initial "Login" screen (where you enter your age, height and weight) and it wont let me actually log on. I have been pushing the pink button for over 3 hours with no luck.

This app is just a joke. I can't even add my pedometer in the app... unacceptable!

Not a bad device but for the life of me, I am unable to reset the clock to match the actual time. Tell me how to do that and you might get a better rating.

The watch has a nice feel and look to it, but it did not pair to my Galaxy S7. It also would not allow me to use US units. I received the wristband as a gift, otherwise I would return it.

It doesn't install in Asus zenfone, surprisingly no response from app developers.
