IMPS Transfer using Account number and IFSC, Mobile number and MMID.

I am not satisfied. I have savings account & security loan account with having single CIF number. Both the account not linked & hence, not view my sec. Loan account in this app. I faced this problem since 2 month already complained to branch manager but not given responsible reply or not solve the problem till now. I have already emailed to the link which given in the mobile app. I het the service of the bank and the service provider company.

Login m pin can be generated by any one if you lost your mobile . Not safe application How can I recharge my mobile I do not found such menu . Utility payment?
