The purpose of this mining app is to obtain the critical density of active users, required for the collaborative transportation web to become operational, as well as to create and fairly distribute Zooz tokens among the community.
There are two basic ways to help build the transportation network:
-Run the Zooz-mining app when riding.
-Share the app and lead others to use it.e
Both action are being rewarded with Potential Zooz tokens through the La’Zooz mining application. In this way early adopters of the La’Zooz network are gaining value and thus being incentivised to take part in the establishment of the network before its technological benefit takes effect and any transport service is available. As more users join more tokens will spread out, therefore when critical mass is reached many drivers and riders are out there ready to share rides.
The rate of distribution of the tokens via movement-based mining is set to encourage the growth of the Local La`Zooz community. Thus, it is proportional not only to the distance you are driving, but also to the growth of the community in your area.

Why do we need access to WiFi?
- The app scans for WiFi stations as part of its proof of location(or movement) mechanism in order to verify the user location.
Why do we need access to NFC?
- An app link can be shared via NFC .(from phone to phone).
Why do we need permission to read and send SMS?
-This is needed due to the registration and friends invitation process . The app automatically read the token from the SMS messages.

This app is a non-starter in its current iteration. Upon initializing the application, the user is greeted with a "failed to connect to server" message. It's a great concept in theory but is poorly executed. Deleted.

... I have a few criticism: 1. It was a huge mistake to make a new altcoin for that. Why not Bitcoin directly? It seems a scam. Bad project decision. 2. It couldn't be launched with no feature at all. This app do absolutely nothing! What is the incentive to keep the app installed if there is nothing to do? 3. Mining on mobile? Are you seriously? Even charging this is a waste of resource. The mining should be done in special ASICS. Actually, if bitcoin was used, mining was not needed at all.

I am not saying I hate this app. I'm saying it doesn't work... maybe it doesn't work in my area? I'm in Portland, Oregon, USA. When I try to open the app, it says, "No Cconnection. Failed to connect to La'Zooz servers." Keep me posted. I want to know more about La'zooz and I eagerly await the day when I can give you five stars!
