I received an item which does not match the one advertised. I returned it and got the replacement package yesterday, only to find out it's still the same wrong item. I'm trying to return the item again but the Return feature is not working (something like "no app to process that"). I tried to reach out via FB messenger and Twitter, but nobody is responding. No phone hotline to contact as well. Was i scammed? I hope not, because i have been a frequent Lazada shopper. Please help.
Disappointed with both experience. 1) Ordered the Prada Luna Rossa but was informed out of stock. No refund made till now despite feedback given. 2) Successfully purchased from another seller but found out life span of stock left with 4 months to expired. How terrible can this be??? Sigh!
Just 2 days ago the app started to show many items, including local sellers, won't deliver to my address? I've been buying from Lazada for awhile now, if delivery is not available due to no available stock that's fine. But so many items (Belkin products from local seller TC Venture for example) is not delivering to my address? This is making my shopping experience on Lazada from bad to worse. I've been putting some items on hold due to this issue!
Well i bought a new bag before and it was a very good quality and i love it! But when i ordered another bag I ordered for a Pink bag but they sent me the Violet one i checked my receit if its pink and i wasn't mistaking my sister said that its really different from the picture and i was really upset about that i saw the same bag as my friend and its the same color in the photo so i just thought that they gave me the wrong color bag
Latest, terrible access. Unresponsive android app and this happens on their 5th birthday ! Tried to buy couple of items and after trying a few times the app is just not loading and just cut off. Improved in the evening and night. Erratic.
I used Lazada for more than 12 transactions. The delivery and return process are efficient, however, some merchants are selling COUNTERFEIT BEAUTY PRODUCTS (like aveeno and cetaphil).. And Lazada did not impose any sanctions on the vendor even after knowing about them. UNINSTALLED. Bye.

Unreliable delivering dates, when i type in my order no. , no record is shown. Gave money for delivery, and they never deliver at the exact dates. Unreliable, pls take note of our concerns. Having good attitude in doing business is crucial. Deeply disappointed by the standard that is potrayed by lazada.
Great online shopping app! But I think there's something wrong with the flash sales. It's showing RM10 n RM1 item but not available for purchase and delivery. Plus it's showing unrealistic price for the items.
This app is so trash. It should be reported... Item is legit trash. All item is low quality. Biggest scam in the world. Auto-install on your phone without notification. Wasted my money buying trash watch. If only i can give -5star, but i rather give -100star
Phone no. To Return item pls? Followed steps on how to return and your app says I have not ordered? Very dissatisfied about your product, expensive yet poor material from China. Make it easier to return pls. I work hard for my money :(
I recently changed number with starting digit as 0956 (globe number) and app does not accept the number says it is invalid. This may affect delivery of product as I already lost my old number. It would be appreciated if fix will be made asap.
Convenience at your fingertips. Got myself addicted since the prices are very low and the quality of the products are legit(at least for the purchases I made). Affordability, accessibility and quality in just one app. Just be careful with some merchants that might be selling counterfeit products. I read reviews before deciding on making purchases.
Lately I encountered errors. It states delivery is not available on my workplace but when I checked on web, it states its available on my workplace. I bought my bag,wallet,power bank and cp case on Lazada btw
Kindly add a confirm button before adding all wishlist items into cart, as it is annoying for people with larger screen that tend to click the"add all to cart " unintentionally. Wrong item deliver. Policy said take 1 to 3 days to evaluate.. Damn.. It have been a week.. The return is so slow.. Do not buy item more than rm1k.. Hold customer money for so long.
Quite disappointed on COD. The person delivered my order wasnt able to locate my address. I highly suggest to have them gps or (google) map for them to easily locate their consignees. So what I did, we meet up in specific location.
1. Why lots of item must pay in online payment then pay in cash on delivery ? Its pretty hard to pay and follow some steps...I think cash on delivery more easier to pay.. 2. I HATE IT..because what item I like it must pay in online payment
So many stupid feedback comments, are people really that clueless? Lazada is a gateway business, like Aliexpress and Banggood, they are not holding stock but simply act as a storefront for other suppliers. If something looks too good to be true then it probably is, don't complain about fakes when you know full well what you're buying. I've bought from Lazada I'm Thailand several times, always cash on delivery and apart from the courier having difficulty finding my street never had any issues.
I already had 5 transactions with LAZADA. The last 2 items that I ordered was a Printer CANON and a ASUS ZENFONE SELFIE, so far I haven't encounter any problem. Yung mga inoorder ko laging kinabukasan nakukuha ko na agad. KUDDOS LAZADA. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
App is very unstable I use lazada a lot. Where is the cancel order button? Not in my orders section plus when trying to contact you says no app available to perform this
So hard to do product search. Filter feature does not work all the time. "Ooops we are sorry but this page does not exist any more...." messaging. Please fix. Thanks.

I ordered Davidoff Cool Water from Beauty Trendshoppe thru Lazada but the item delivered was not genuine as advertised because when I scanned the barcode, product search by Google did not give a result . But the other item from a different seller have no problem. I sent a product rating to Lazada but instead of posting it , they blocked my account by stating that delivery is not available for my location so I cannot ordered anymore, Terrible service, protecting seller instead of the buyer. I already ordered many items from Lazada and this is the first time I have a complaint.
I ordered a phone and have it sent to my cousin's address. The phone was defective so it was returned but what lazada did was return the phone back to my cousin instead of giving the refund that I requested. They said they checked the phone and it was working good so they are sending it back. We have owned several touch screen phones. It is so easy to know if a phone is working right or not. It was not sensitive to touch so you can't really do anything to it. And now they said they are sending it back!!!! My cousin haven't got the phone that they are sending back again but thinking about it is really making me furious. They are not doing an honest business.
Not really good for online shopping. I expect much about online purchasing but the product they send is somewhat defective. I ordered a 600+ iphone headset so that I will get a really good quality but upon paying, it was already 1000+ and also expecting the other item I purchase. And with a little luck, the headset was defective and it was costly. How much? PHP 1050. I am afraid I will not be purchasing online again this time.
Yeah 5 star for Lazada, because they really work great. But i do hope that they can fixed whatever problem about the items they post and the details. Some of the details of the items that they posted are not exactly it is. Much better if they can prioritize being honest with us right. But honestly i know it's not Lazada's fault. Maybe some other company that they work with. Well,,,still i love Lazada,and waiting for the improvements. Tnx
So far im satisfied with their services especially their fast delivery. I ordered as i needed and the item is in a good condition (thanks from above). I dont ve a prob on their web version except this app that i experienced more bugs and it must be fix hopefully.. :)
First order and delivery was fast. Only an issue with the app. When using a search and then the filter option after apply will not filter your search but bring you back to the so called first page as when you just started the app. So only option instead filtering is scrolling. So annoying. Hopefully this will be solved with the next version. ;-)
Quite sad i ordered a Samsung galaxy A9 pro from lazada's 4.5star seller. But i received a China version of that phone which obviously its system might be completely unsupportive in Malaysia. Relieved as Lazada accepted the return and gave me a complete refund. Makes me hesitate to or not to continue shopping on Lazada.
I just noticed that Lazada blocked negative comment. Why is that? I commented on body mist that I bought, saying it's either fake or expired already but my comment wasn't displayed. I wonder why. Hmm. And what's with the "The product information couldn't be retrieved" that shows up when I view some items? I'm starting to hate Lazada tbh.
Why is my delivery address showing as no delivery available? I doubt it! I had been ordering to lazada since before and there was not problem with my delivery address. In fact, most of my ordered items here was sent to my home with me paying the delivery fee. I just dont get it! Its kinda odd thing.
New review: Lazada is starting to scam people. I recently noticed the total amount of the items reflected in my cart is actually different from checkout. Not only is the amount different in the list (my cart) compared to checkout, I'm being double-charged for the shipping fee! The difference isn't noticeable if u r just buying one or two items. But when it's multiple items where the prices are not rounded, the tendency to be scammed is very high. Why is Lazada not aware of this?
Its already been my 3rd time trying to order a certain item with you guys with no luck! The courier will not even provide any notification if the item is already being delivered or shipped. And the next thing you know, the item is already been canceled! This Lazada experience is so FRUSTRATING, it doesn't deserve any star at all! Z*lora is 5x way better than this! LOL!
I was frustrating and this my first time to place an order. I dunno wat is the problem. I know i have enough balance on my phone. I tried to reach on their message however it wasn't able to send out. I dunno. I ask my fren how to process the order because he did it already and we have the same place here in cavite but still wasn't successfully go through.
Guys, please, this issue is so damn frustrating. The payment can't even be made due to error, and I can't use the VOUCHER CODE ANYMORE. Seriously it is so irritating, how unfair it is, I could not control the occurence of a payment error, come on, how wasteful it is to not be able to use a voucher. I'm disappointed and would not shop here anymore if this problem keeps reoccuring when payment is not even made yet.
I was pretty excited bout this. Coz This is he first time I ordered in Lazada. I ordered UNDER ARMOUR CAP FROM SV TRADING. In the Add its says Genuine. Thata its worth 1k but their selling it for 300 pesos. So I bought it. The item looks like a cheap cap worth like 50 pesos from ukay ukay. Its fake. Such a disappoinment for my first try. Will never order here again. Lesson learned
Front end delivery changes after confirming payment. I know that there is a 7 day lead time but make sure that frontend also shows this with their date ranges. Scheduled the purchase since the dates shown is +1-2 days only. Then after confirming it shows additional days. Very misleading and very disappointed.
Incurs an error almost every time, for one it can't apply voucher to all items - even those that are not labeled as not applicable. *update 11/15* it gets worse by the day, it just shows a white screen - won't load at all. *update 12/16* keeps on getting 'not responding' error message *update 03/27* app almost not working, constantly crashes even after uninstalling & reinstalling.

Been using Lazada for about a month. I find them to be super efficient and website user friendly. The products I've bought (included. Canon 700d) are genuine. What is of particular interest to me is that I can pay cash on delivery, and can return product, for free. Well done! South African guy working in Phu Quoc
