Awful sound quality at slow speed. that's the prime function . If that's what you get in the desktop version for £97 then forget it

The idea is great! But the implementation needs further improvement. 1. The app is not able to find songs other than in Music folder 2. I have hard time sliding the key and tempo controls. Need to tap 10 times before they move 3. Why only MP3?

Its useful. How can i record he file?

Curious that this app is compatible with Samsung Galaxy S5 phone but not with more advanced Samsung Galaxy S7???

I've been using it as a desktop version and it works pretty good and saves me time. Glad its out as an app that will make life much easier.

Good

It works fine with MP3's only. Now what we all really need is a MP4, AVI etc Video player to show the words on screen, with Pitch control for the Audio and then we output the Video with the correctly pitched audio (which can be locked say to -2 tones for all songs) and voila we would finally have a solution. Oh the next thing is a microphone mixer for android with digital effects then all we would need is just some powered speakers which are everywhere but alas a karaoke player with all the bits, is not. OK maybe I should design one myself, I wish.

The app itself changes keys for any audio file without changing tempo. You can slow down, speed up tempo (and change key if you want). The big issue is that there is no search or scroll slider. Annoying when the song starts with "w". You have to flip page by page. It would be ok if it didn't find every single file on my device but I find myself scrolling hundreds of pages to get to the file I need.

Great, but it needs a few minor tweaks to get it up to 4 or 5 stars... 1) needs to remember last audio file used, 2) needs better file browsing - if you have lots of audio files (ie on ext mem cards), you'll be searching forever (how about being able to set a default directory?), 3) screen blank timeout override (esp annoying rt now b/c when screen blanks you lose what you were working on). Adding a slowly increasing tempo setting would be the bees knees - put in these fixes and I'd easily pay for this app!

The products they have are working great for me. I am not a musician but I still can use their features for song alterations and other stuffs. I have their Song Surgeon Pro for desktop also. Thumbs for this! Greatly recommended for all and great value for money.

Stumbled upon this and tried it on my laptop. Worked well & easy to operate. Impressed with support given to users and delighted to find an app for mobiles. Excited to try it out on mobiles if it's as good. Will tell u soon

I love this but can someone help me how to save the songs i have edited?

When i choose to browse for songs it gives me a huge unsorted list (i have 500+ mp3 songs). so selecting the song i want is a big big pain!

I already have Song Surgeon 4 on my windows desktop, and I love this app so I can have these great functionalities (key and tempo transpose with low distortion, looping capability) with me everywhere I go. A must have!

I had always adored the desktop version and this mobile app is even more adorable.
