It helps you to

1. Breakdown your project into milestones
2. Each milestone has a due date
3. You can also specify a fee structure for each milestone where you expect payments from your clients on its completion.
4. Set reminders for yourself on each milestone
5. Send or Schedule SMS to be sent to your client reminding or requesting information related to the project
6. Maintain and view payment history of the client
7. Keeps log of phone calls and SMS sent to the client for reference.
8. Archive or delete your projects and milestones once done
