From the moment I contacted the service that led me to them, they walked me step by step through the process, and all but went to grab my wallet when it was time to pay **smiles** The communication was consistent and seamless even during a busy holiday weekend and as a patient in recovery my rest was undisturbed during their thorough but effective work. Scheduling was an issue. Appointment not kept as agreed. No way to price special services, ie. hedges, flower beds, additional weed eating. They wanted me to wait all day Saturday for a guy that had already missed his first appointment! Could not give me a smaller window of time. Cancelled before starting. Don't waste your time, find someone you can talk to face to face!

Well someone reached out to me promptly which is why I moved it up to two stars. So apparently they can do it in my neighborhood. The sent me a link to a quote. I was happy with that price. I clicked on it but could go no further because the only option to proceed was to create a new account. I already created one via the app when I was having the original issue (app not being able to locate my home) so at least they're making progress. Hopefully next time they contact me I can get these issues resolved. Despite all the hiccups I still want to try the service out.

I scheduled service on a Wednesday and immediately received notification that the job had been assigned. I then received a text alert that the worker was on his way. So far, so good, right? Wrong! He never showed. I emailed customer service and they promptly responded apologizing for the inconvenience. I inquired about the fee already being deducted from my account. The rep advised that was only a hold fee. Fast forward 4 days later...still no service and the amount has officially been debited from my account. I emailed customer service and have yet to receive a response. I hope getting my money back will not be a problem. UPDATE: decided to give it another try due to $15 credit for the no show. Same thing happened. No show from provider. I emailed customer service on Tuesday. Today is Friday. No response. BTW, the customer service reply to my initial review on here is indicative of the flaws with this company. 3 weeks...no service and no valid explanation. Please do not waste your time or money!

Complete rip off, they only did half of my yard. I had to call to get the whole yard done. Each job the price would go up. Do not use this service.

Update my rating from 2 stars to 3 as my currently assigned service provider does an excellent job. I'll increase to 4 stars after it is determined consistency issues in showing up have been resolved. Lack of features in the app are preventing me from adding an additional star. I'll update that as features are added to the app.

Do not use this company. They are horrible! We gave the 2 opportunities. The first time they missed spots, did not weed eat or blow off any walkways or driveway and refused to come back out. 2nd time, they kept rescheduling for over a week then finally came when no one was home and wanted to double charge us for the grass being over 6inches. It wouldnt have been if they came when they first were supposed to come. Then had the nerve to charge us a $10 cancellation fee because we didnt want to pay double price because of their error. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Had a no show, no contact from a provider for my FIRST time, if you can't ensure quality providers then I am not going to pay to use your service. The chat feature with customer service was prompt but no way to view in app ratings or reviews. Good concept but needs work with in app functionality.

Great idea, very poor execution. I've had so many no shows and cancelations from "providers". It's been 2 weeks since I've requested an initial service and still no service had been provided. But they don't hesitate to charge you a $10 cancelation fee for not being able to answer the phone while i was in church. For a first time user, i am VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Try using the service and was given a provider. Came to the day when they were supposed to show and nothing. Finally got a message saying lawn was over 6" tall as reason for no show after 9pm. I went outside and measured and it was only 2.5". Not reliable

Attempted to use LawnGuru for weekly lawn mowing. They were unable to identify a provider despite waiting over 10 days. Contacted support 3x, first two times they replied indicating they would assist. On the 3rd message they didn't even reply. In a large market (Chicago area), it seems there should be a large pool of lawn care providers. Disappointed.

Tried to request service for Fridays. Site let me specifically request Fridays with an extra charge for such a service which was fine with me as I needed a specific day of the week. I also indicated a specific start date for service. Next thing I know I have a confirmation for Tuesdays and not Fridays for a date earlier than my specified start date. Seems like they need work on improving their user interface. I cancelled the service before it was to start since I lost confidence in the site.

I've had this service for several weeks now. Had one overpriced cut get done(after having to reach out to the provider when they cancelled the morning of our appointment, after us waiting over a week despite us saying we needed something sooner. After that, they dropped our account. Someone else picked up our account and then cancelled before our scheduled cut. Now, I have been promised at least two separate times since then that they would send somebody out ASAP. Last contact was damn near a week ago with absolutely zero attempt on their part. Ridiculous.

I live just outside Philadelphia and it worked great for me. Great price and friendly service. Took more than 48 hours to get matched ,but it rained for a week and it was the holiday weekend so totally understandable. Now on 2 week rotation

I had service scheduled. The contractor came the first time and cut my lawn. The second time they came and did not cut my lawn. I was not given any explanation why they came and did not even cut my lawn. I will never use this service again. I contacted the service but got no reply as to why the contractor showed up and did not do the job.

They are very disrespectful to the people on the on phone. I'm a wounded veteran there are days my I can barely move. Then you state there are other providers that could of accepted that job but yet I see the the same jobs on the jobs list waiting be accepted. One was more then a month old.

Wanted to sign up as a service provider but whenever​ I open the app, it says object ID is null and does nothing. It doesn't show any service requests and won't let me complete the setup.

Love this app...Customer service is great also. I have had my property line redrawn twice to remove areas not needing service. I LOVE THAT YOU GET TEXTS AND PICS WHEN SERVICE IS COMPLETE. I have recommended the service more than once and will many more times. Be patient and figure out the app...it's worth it.

10/10 Would not recommend this app, I would call it 'service' however that is completely lacking. Signed up about two weeks ago, and it has been 'searching for a provider' ever since. Tried contacting support, which was fairly useless - at least they can fake empathy well, although it seems they lack the ability to resolve anything. Very disappointing.

Placed an order, after 5 days they still did not find a provider. Initially very responsive but then no communication. Really wanted this to work. Found someone myself and a lot cheaper

Butchered my lawn, didn't weed whack, edge and broke 2 sprinkler heads because they mowed too low.

Very poor setup process. After tracing my lawn driveway and sidewalks, I was taken back to the start page. Very frustrating, I'll keep my current service thank you.
