A lot of work has obviously gone into this but it's not good enough. It never gets a gps fix even when google maps does. That doesn't make sense. Entering location manually with lat long and elevation does not match the google earth scheme which most people would refer to, and could be confusing even though i was able to work it out. It does however seem to track the sky correctly. But where are the constellation names? I don't find this useful in its current incarnation. Good work has been done, but it needs more work.

Use this for finding out what I'm pointing my camera out. Helped me find Jupiter and name some bright stars in the night sky. Works great. Can be a bit laggy on tracking. Might be my phone

Great app for finding out what that bright "star" in the sky is. Seeing an interesting pattern, I'll whip this out, and within seconds my curiosity is satisfied! I'd love to have a nice telescope to pair this with someday. For now, it's quite a powerful tool to identify what's in my night sky!

It's ok if you have your Android device strapped to a telescope or tripod, but certainly not useful for handheld device. I was hoping it would help me find meteor showers, but I can't keep waving my cell phone around in the air trying to find planets or stars. It's frustrating.

Map lat and long is off but the Earth is tilted and poles are getting ready to shift 28 degrees this app must be giving the exact location kinda proves that the Earth is shifting already until nasa less again folks get prepared stick good and plenty of water get inland stay away from coastal areas look in the sky at night we have whole constalations going completely dark then getting bright again and Virgo is pregnated with Jupiter folks read Revelation 12 check it out for yourself this is wrath look up a man named Gill Broussard on youtube long videos but will tell you axactly what is to come this year, God Bless.

Great for science-eager children, together with their parents. One suggestion, though: in the calendar widget, allow Sundays to be placed at the end of the week.
