Bringing it back to 2 stars from 5. Yeah was really nice at first. I paid for 12 months vip service but after 6 months passed, all my pro servers can't be accessed anymore and the remaining servers have either 999ms ping or okb/s download speed. Wrote an email to explain the problem but still no reply. You should've just stated that pro servers ate available only for 6 months.
