Worst experience - 2 times in a row Stains on my quilt and blankets are Intact. No response despite multiple calls and a mail. And then you guys call and say " sir why haven't you used laundry village since a very long time, please give us an opportunity to serve (loot) you." Very laid back attitude towards customers. One of my clothes has been misplaced by them and it's been over a month now. I have been following up regularly but neither they are doing anything about it nor they are proactively searching or fixing my problem. Really disappointed. Won't recommend this bloody app to anyone!
