So much about this company is difficult to use including this app. Much harder than old fashion drop off at dry cleaners. Slow app that is not intuitive.

Using a Nexus 5 device with latest Android updates. On the place new order screen, clicking "Select Locker" shows a "Network Speed Slow" error (I'm connected to WiFi) and thus I cannot place a new order for my location. This bug has been persistent for a number of weeks and thus makes the app completely useless for me. Hope I don't forget to place orders on the website, super inconvenience when you drop cloths off before work and forget to submit order before their stated 9 AM submission time.

So its unusable.

I'm never using the service again. They don't follow through. You don't hear from anybody when there's a problem. They washed and dried my dry cleaning instead of dry cleaning it and ruined my clothes. The whites come back dingy.
