OneClickWash - Laundry Service

One Click Wash was a fairly decent place to get laundry done until recently when they decided to merge with Pick My Laundry. They have terrible customer service and no amount of calling them helps. They have this stupid tagging process where they put tags through all your clothes without caring about the damage they've caused. I'm definitely never recommending them to anyone.

Poor service. Poor app. They never pick up in one go. U have to raise request again n again. Customer care ppl don't pickup calls. Email has word it for complaint. This is 3rd class service. No pick up / drop on time . Washing quality poor. Customer care service poor. Laundry pick man called and said hame chutti nahi dete & Get work from us like slave. Customer care vala Banda said mere hath mein khuch nahi. Why the hell this company is operating on earth then ??

Very bad service. We gave a request some 5 days back and have not received my clothes back. Best thing is no one is picking up the phone since last two days. Order id : 34553

Stop using this facility... Their service has gone down the dumps...I was a very happy customer but now a very unhappy one... Apparently the company has been bought over and now there is no focus on service. No one picks up phone calls or responds to customer emails... Clothes come back stained... And no one offers a remedy either... Avoid this service like plauge

Have used the services for sometime... First experience was great. Second time when gave a quilt for dry cleaning seemed as if it was returned without washing. Moreover the clothes smell weird as if have used a strong smelling detergent or have not been washed properly.. Guess need to improve services a lot.

What's with the price rise... I'm abandoning your services... And to add more... Oneclickwash lost a 4k dress... I know for which you won't take responsibility

I think it's good. One day I had to get the delivery of my clothes prioritised. Initially they were reluctant in doing so but later Mr. Mayank made all the necessary arrangements.

Been using it for 1.5 years.no problems...ever since the new company takeover of one click....twice my delivery has been goofed up....why this pain. I am still waiting for my clothes....please give back my clothes......oneclickwash......

Okay-ish service. But the quality of wash is pretty bad. I've spoilt a ton of clothes by trusting OCW. Please note: Whatever you do, never give them a white piece of cloth - you can only use the multicolored cloth you get after that for cleaning purposes.

Pathetic service , after the merger of one click wash with pick my laundry their service is very pathetic. It is no more customer centric. They don't come for scheduled pick up and drops.

The collars are dirty after wash. Clothes are just put in water and taken out. Very bad experience now a days. Initially was good but now very bad

Clothes are not washed, they took at night 8 and returned back by 4 in next day how that could be possible.. and the clothes are not washed properly and smells bad odour... really pathetic .. will not suggest to anyone..

Most pathetic service duping customers by making false commitment and outsourcing the work to a third party without even informing the customer. A complete breach of trust. First they lied to get me to reactivate the subscription by giving me discount later they are asking me to pay the rest amount in order to get my clothes back..

Lost a new shirt which was sent for the first time after an event, last time I sent almost everything to dry cleaning on a Monday, had a flight on a Sunday and was very close to miss my flight due to their ridiculous service.

Lost my blazer and the second time around they have missed placed my blanket. Not going to use their service again.

Very poor service... seems cloths are never washed ... I gave one shirt and when got back it was damaged. T-shirt was damaged... will never ever go for them.. PATHETIC

Send blanket for Dry cleaning on 31st August 2017.Till now they haven't send back item.Very disappointed with the service.

Spoilt the clothes..iron impressions all over and plus the clothes stink and once u put them on u feel itchy.

Recommended every one to not use this service because they will deliver your clothes as per their suitable time slots and no one's​ is responsible for their missing clothes.

Poor service.. No one come on time to pick laundry. Inspite of repetitive calls to customer care it doesn't help..

This was best service but from last two times it is pathetic n bad service.

I gave my later jacket for dry cleaning, and the Stain on it are as it is. I don't think they have touched it forget cleaning. I am so pissed of right now. Waste of money waste of time. It has lost its shine too.

Had description for one time but was not received good service even after a good amount of charges. Cloth stinks after wash even one can not wear that and two shocks lost. When I mailed about this issue to support did not get good response. Even after one two reply they did not reply me. So overall bad experience . Not advised to use it.

They started their service with very good quality at a very competitive rate. Gradually they increased the price which was not an issue at all. They reduced the quality which is a big concern. Customer service went on toss. Misplacing clothes, clothes getting shrink due to bad detergent, 1-2 clothes remaining dirty became their common practice. I have lost a couple of sucks, hanky, kitchen duster etc. Many costly dress( Puma, LP etc) got smaller by 1 size which was not acceptable at all. Uninstalling.

As the volumes have gone up, the quality has gone down. They lost a shirt, defended and then paid 500 for a 2500 shirt. Blanket went for dry cleaning and it was spoilt. A team came to check and agreed that is was a bad job. First said we will reimburse and then took it back to clean again... Now again a shirt was a victim. Sent clothes, shirt came back with a prominent hole above the pocket. When we spoke to the team, they have refused it. My husband never smokes that it will happen at his side

I have been using OCW for about 4 mths, >350 clothes, now. The people that I've interacted with are very helpful. The quality of washed clothes is hygienic n excellent and so is the service. I'd strongly recommend this to those who want to avoid the tedious work. I'd suggest that if you want best results don't wait till your clothes have become so dirty that you'd just throw them. The price though is premium n I do feel that it could be lesser without compromising on quality.

I got my completed laundry in less than a day. Non of the shirt's collar was cleaned. Towels were not clean. White cloths turned into blue due to ujala or something. When i complained, the reply was even better. "We will try to clean properly next time you order our service", like I am going to subscribe again. Completely pathetic people. No sense of running a business. My advice is to get a washing machine on EMI and clean with that.

Except some minor issue which has cropped up only recently that there is no notification on phone for messages sent. Now I've to open app & check the status of my orders.

Had a very bad experience.Ruined my clothes and gave me reason that "Due to power cut your clothes were in the machine whole night". Senior Manager despite of accepting his team members mistake said "It was one of your garment that bleeded".Had a very bad experience.

Initially the service was good. Although price was high. But from last few days I am even not able to log in to my account. No otp received and hence unable to login.

Have been a user for 3 months now and the quality of washing is still the same : decent. Just add some more speed in your drycleaning so that we start calling your service : Awsum

The easiest cloth to wash is a handkerchief. I got it back the same way it was sent for washing. Very displeased. Wasted my money. The clothes are smelling back even after so called washing :(

Me and my roommate took their trial package of 20 clothes for 390 bucks. Our shirts came back ruined. They had lost all colour and new shirts looked like 2/3 years old shirts. Avoid. Rather wear dirty clothes than give it to this stupid laundry service. Ruined my new clothes. Atleast 5/6k of new clothes, worn once have become useless.

Despite increse in prices by 50%, quality of washes is going south! Damaging collars of t-shirts!! Please share email id so that i can send over pictures of the same!

The company doesn't provide break up of bill. Neither the pickup person can tell the approximate bill amount. Otherwise the service is good.

The no of clothes have been reduced to just 50 for 799 rs and on top of that neither the clothes r folded properly nor ironed properly . Had to iron all the clothes again .

Service no doubt is excellent , except for few iff/butts. Persistent hard work among workers and continuous development.

I want to know if you serve in Bangalore. I would like to use tge services there.

Hi.. for the last 2-3 times i am facing issue while paying online.. the payment page gets stuck everytime i pay via netbanking.. pls fix the issue!
