I wish it had more features. I wish it were able to show the ear piece's last known location, but mapping only works when the ear piece is powered on and connected to your device via Bluetooth. That makes it essentially worthless in finding a lost ear piece.

*Do not buy Jabra* I don't understand why I have to wait or disconnect and reconnect my Jabra Classic in order to hear anything. To be more exact, I actually hear stuttering sounds for a while (a while meaning about 30 seconds or more) and then the sound is OK. Please fix this, thanks.

Because of low quality of Jabra Halo Smart I need option to disable physical buttons​. Play button is defective and is stopping calls and music randomly.

Not compatible with Jabra Talk. Useless, why bother. Changing back to Plantronics.

Habrá are the best for Bluetooth earphones & this app improves their utility.

App is quite useless. I had to install 2 separate Jabra aps to make it work (this one and Jabra Service). The only benefit was the ability to check the headset battery level. In the meantime 2 permanent notifications from Jabra were wasting my space in notification drawer ALL the time. Not worth it.

No added value whatsoever. And it's always active in the notification field, you also have to install a service app. Connect to handsfree can be done from BT menu, manuals you can download yourself and reading out texts isn't very useful. Finding my handsfree isn't hard as it's in my car and Waze and Google Maps already has that feature.

The most useful app ever. Not only does it run super smooth and bug free, for your convenience and pleasure you need to install a service application. And boy oh boy does it work magic. Just found $100 chilling out in the open, my dog I thought died turned out to be sleeping, and my car turned into a limousine. Man life's great thanks jabra

Despite the reviews I thought I'd give it a try as I had time to waist. Yup, a waist of time. My bluetooth connected but app did not. You don't need this app. Just adds frustration to your device. I'm convinced that Jabra is hindi for not finished. Nor will it ever be.

Has potential, but falls short. The only redeeming features are the battery level and the headset locator. Unfortunately, it frequently drops the connection, rendering both pointless. Constant J notification when not connected, nice battery icon when connected. Jabra Storm headset and this app both fall way short of my expectations.

Cannot play my own ringtones over the device, don't have the caller ID readout option, sometimes readout notifications go over with long delays and over the speakerphone, the talk time of the Jabra Storm is really not as long as the specifications was saying, the interlocutor don't hear me very well at least half of the time (volume decreasing), the noise cancellation seem to not work as well as on other Jabra devices. A lot of improvement to do Jabra. But don't give up, and please, apply the changes to the maximum existing devices as possible, not only the most recent. Firmware upgrade and app upgrade are necessary. Please, don't let us with defective products !

Rather worthless I really just wanted a battery meter for my headset. That function only works some of the time. I don't know why the developers had to have two separate apps that both stay in the notifications.

Battery meter hardly worked. Given so much bad review developer doesn't even respond. Hey developer! Wake up and start listening and respond to your customers!

Only after first install it worked. Now I only get, "unfortunately, Jabra has stopped", and can't get into the app.

Worthless for my needs - Does not support Jabra ERA headsets.

Does not pick up the step model jabra ear buds.

The text reading part doesn't work consistently. I have everything switched on but it says it's off.

Text to speech won't turn on. I don't see any other reason for having this app. Uninstalling.

They have only a limited number of jabra headsets in their list. So, the best chance is to not find your headset listed and to waste your time trying to make it work. I also recommend plantronics headset instead of jabra because of their vastly superior ergonomics, exceptional software and same prices. Products compared: jabra bt2045 and plantronics explorer 10. Same price, enormous differences.

Again...why won't this app start and stop automatically? Why does the Jabra Service app need to be in the notification bar? You need to permanently block the Jabra Service app and manually turn off the Assist app when you don't have BT connected - Previous review- The app won't start and stop automatically. Why is that? Just go look at how smooth the Plantronics app works if you need an example. Beyond that the app is nice as it allows readout of text and shows battery life of your BT.

Try finding your earpiece using the beacon to make a sound so you can locate it. The sound is so low that I have to turn off my TV, radio, and everything got to be guiet and I still have to replay it several times. Pitiful.

Pairs super easily. Sound is great. Only thing missing is read out of Facebook posts. Sadly it won't retain all the settings so it has to be set up again whenever it connects if you want it to handle more than just phone calls

This app and their products are, half assed. My current headset jabra mini, is such a letdown. It cannot even play my ringtone on android. But works fine on other OSes. The app in its own way feels like it wasn't really finished. And is largely replaced by features built into android. Next time, I'll go for a plantronics product.

As others have stated, permanent notification? C'mon guys. If I'm connected to the unit, great, you can have the notification there, otherwise it is just annoying. Plus I can see no way to actually see the battery left on my Jabra Drive. Pretty disappointed in this quite frankly. Fix it guys.

Brand new. Charged twice. Won't charge past 92% . Even after being on charge all night. Dies after 5+ 3/4 hours . 10 hours talk time ? Yeah right.
