Rubbish app, downloaded it to search for hotels, sometimes works and other times all I get is please try again later.... No thanks

My bookings section doesn't work since update

its good for finding hotels room its to good

They charge cancel fee is full amount

App was easier to use than most and all accommodations were great for their respective price ranges

This should say it won't work in the United States.

It works but hard too cancel online

90% of the time it tells me "sorry but we can't perform your specified search at this time..." When it works though.

Consistently the one with the best deals and a customer service centre that is always very helpful and obliging.

This app has not been able to find a hotel as of yet in 2 different states. Uninstalling. Waste of time.

I used my 7in tablet. The search and booking process were seem less. Nice size fonts. Exit and integration with Google maps seem less. Excellent experience

only brought up 3 hotels in the whole of Bristol and all of those were full. pointless

The App itself is useful...however, it is like a virus on my phone. It pops up everywhere!! It literally pops up with adverts inside most other apps on my phone and on my browser. If I want to book a hotel, which I do weekly, I'll open the app. Please sort this crap out otherwise I'll have no option to remove it and use other hotel apps instead. Its annoying beyond belief!!!

I actually love this app, it's simple, easy to use and does its job. What's keeping me from giving higher marks is one simple thing - there is no option in the filters for "accessibility". Until last year I wouldn't have even thought about it. Having very limited mobility now it's become top on my list of requirements for a hotel. It can be done, other sites provide it. Please consider adding, it would make a great difference to sort many. Thanks.

Repeatedly crashes calendar app, although I like the option to add to calendar, from the app.

All of a sudden it won't let me book keeps saying can't connect to server iv used this app lots of times can you look into it pls

Love using this app, I use it weekly. However, I was stung recently, I was booking rooms for 2 nights in 2 different locations for me and a colleague . I'd not changed the date in the second booking and made my reservation. I would have appreciated a notification to check the rooms I'd booked as they were different locations but on the same night. Didn't realise until the night of my stay and got stung with £150 bill as it was too late to cancel. Other then that. All good

Good app

Show me hotels further afield? Two hotels returned in search. The website shows all hotels for the same postcode, not just the two closest.

Works very well and some good prices. Only issue is you cannot cancel your booking on the app you have to call a phone number.
