JuicePlotter

This is a very useful app, and quite smartly engineered. However, I want to signal a problem when using it on my ASUS TF300. This pad comes with a secondary battery in the form of a keyboard. Most users will typically plug the pad on the foldable keyboard when not using it. This allows the pad's battery to be charged from the keyboard battery. JuicePlotter works as expected when using the pad in isolation. But when plugged on the keyboard, it detects it as being on the AC and charging. This completely perturbs its estimate of battery life time and charging time. Ideally, JuicePlotter should monitor the two batteries independently and provide curves and statistics for both.

Help links broken. Dev site claims it can show stacked or individual graphs... umm ok... How? We need to see the various graphs... because the docs don't explain what the stalactites and stalagmites are. The arrogant site description says to just scroll around to figure it out. Nice. There's NO WAY I'm going to buy Juice Defender based on this.

Fantastic app that uses very little battery. Should be used with apps like JuiceDefender, TitaniumBackup, an app manager, and stock battery usage info to gain control of your battery. However it doesn't work with my galaxy note 10.1, it stops responding and closes. Works fine on my galaxy s3 though.

I enjoy the 1x1 widget. I place it on the home screen and every % of battery gives an accurate estimation of remaining time on battery. How? By using your past history off charger! You have to give it time to analyze your usage. Give it 3-7 days of your normal usage and it will be on the money.

Love this app! Lets you see how many hours your battery lasts under different usage. Give it an hour to start tracking your usage. Add the widget to a screen instead of the app for an estimate of battery life (though it's not really accurate). I now know my S3 lasts 2 hours with games and 12 hours when not used much. Some of my batteries last longer than others, so I labeled each battery. I would like to see improved graph controls.

Needs work. I have no idea which color means what. And force closes a lot. Also leaves unwanted pics on my sd card. Stopped working uninstalling

It's kind of an adventure figuring it out since the developer has removed the help and FAQ pages (or any other information) about this app from his web page, but it really does track the battery very accurately. It doesn't use much juice itself on my LG Optimus S like it seems to on some other devices. It also doesn't add files to my gallery but it did create it's own directory on the SD card where it puts small files (big deal, it's a 2 Gb SD card!) I get the impression from reading other reviews that newer versions of Android and newer hardware don't play very well with this app-but my old clunker running Android 2.3.3 seems to like it! Pretty nice app for free with no ads and only permission to access the SD card.

i love this app. I've been using it for years on every Android device I've owned. But... I just got a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 and it crashes on start upon this platform as well as the 2014 Edition.

Literately the WORST battery graph ever. Colors don't make sense and there are a lot of gaps in the line were it just didn't record anything

This is an amazing app, it works great, but needs a rehaul for newer versions of android. It works hit and miss on ICS and JellyBean, but is very laggy and not very optimised in terms of viewing statistic history.

Won't let me open this great app. Evo 4g. Just force closes. Any suggestions let Me know please

I've used this, and bought another app from the same developer, for years. After upgrading to Lollipop, it's a little flaky (deducted 1 star). The time scale jumps around. But before Lollipop, it was very handy.

Works ok, time left became very inaccurate at 20% or less. Now I know about 40 hours is my batt life. Rooted Droid 2.

Rarely works. Force close issues and no extra features. Worthless line graph that takes forever to calibrated and then stops working.

Wildly inaccurate, poor support. Predictions of battery life remaining off by many, many hours. Sent email to support. Two weeks later no response.

So far, only useful to see how long it will take to charge. Battery life estimate? What a joke. 31hrs? Yeah right! No reset button / good instructions

kills more power than anything. My 2600mah battery went down 20% in min. I usually get around 1.2 days out of a full charge. uninstalled. Evo rooted

Please stop it saving plot pics in my gallery... I have 2 go in there everyday and delete loads of them. Apart from that its an awesome app.....

Running ICS on my tablet and it crashes every time I try to open it. Can't collect any data so it's useless.

I want to like this but its not accurate. Claims accuracy by 59% and it has dead space in the graph from no data. Sadly, uninstalled - moto droid1

Great app. Could use option to clear and/or save chache, because program is getting irritating slow after enabling for more than 1week

HTC EVO 3D. Very useful app. Only 4 stars because it's a lil slow to open and the interface is laggy. Never had any problems with it, just slowish.

Having installed this on a rooted Eris with Juice defender and setcpu, slows my phone down to a snail's pace. Info is useful, but at too high a cost.

Nice widget, that's about it. App itself has pretty graphs... which are USELESS WITHOUT A KEY!!! Ya... way to hype up your own crappy app.

Best app I've seen that can accurately track battery stats. If you don't understand it, you've never manually plotted graphs before!

Does what it says but slows down over time as logging history builds up. Would be nice to havr purge history option. Workaround uninstall, reinstall

Useless without a key. Pretty graph with no info. More of a gimmick than an actual tool.

This apparently is ALWAYS running way too many state reports. And you can't customize. Better apparently on the market that do a whole lot more!

Good idea but needs improvements. Very slow in drawing the graph. Also no need to show cache in gallery. My friends always ask me "what's that?".

Why does it save pics of the scale in my photo album? Annoying.

It's good, but seems that it may have been abandoned (so many apps like this..). FAQ is missing (404), and basic support questions go unanswered.

Coloured bands? They blend into each other. Legend - none, makes all that colour coded information really useful. Analysis mode - where exactly?

This app is garbage. After doing something like turning wifi and data off and lowering brightness it says that my battery life isn't as long. Dx

Let's you see exactly how your battery is behaving. I use it to troubleshoot batteries on older devices that start behaving erratically.

This is a great app better than other graphs comes with widget i think with an upgrade or to it will be perfect it doesn't give the exact time remaining but 81.6% accurate lets be honest goes well with jd plus or ultimate it deserves 5.

Worked great on Motorola zoom but keeps closing and not responding on samsung galaxy note pro 12.2 if fix force close issue on gnp I'll increase rating to 5

I've used this app for years. Whether it was using it as a work as a sprint tech for diagnosing battery/ charging issues. Or on my personal phones going back to my HTC hero. It works as stated.

The widget works good with the battery estimations, but can we get an option to not save the images in our gallery constantly? EVO2.2

A must have app for those who have limited data. I love it. 4 stars bc I wish it had more refresh intervals to help save battery. Samsung Captivate.

Awesome, simple and beautiful. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is being able to export data.
