They owe me £250 for booking the wrong flight for me - showed them the proof of my eticket but their useless customer service are not replying. Save yourself money and go somewhere else

Hotel, Flight and Theatre are the only options. What made LM decide to limit the apps search to these 3 areas, I really don't know. Uninstalled after 5mins! Don't waste your time!

The new design and layout of information is really good. The one thing needed to improve it is to use LESS PINK.

Annoying you can't look up deals for flights and hotels together. Will not be using. The Web page for mobile is also appallingly slow and by the time a page has loaded you have clicked on something else accidently when in moves up. I used to book everything with last minutes. Haven't in ages because I get frustrated with its slow Web page and useless app. Lost a customer.
