About UHC StudentResources
With the StudentResources Mobile App, College Students that have either enrolled in the Student Healthcare Plan through their college or online at www.uhcsr.com can use their handheld device to access ID Card images, Provider search or view your claims.
This application is usable only if you are enrolled in Student Resources health plans. If you are enrolled in a UnitedHealthcare plan through your employer, Health4me is the mobile application for you.
StudentResources App provides easy access to:
- Create My Account – Create your online account directly from your smartphone. You’ll need your email address, school ID, or your StudentResources SR ID# found on your insurance ID Card.
- ID Cards – View your ID Card on your device, fax or email your ID Card directly to your provider, or even save a local copy to your device for quick access later. Covered dependents are also included.
- Provider Search – Search for In-Network participating Healthcare or Mental Health providers. Get driving directions via your device GPS functions; Call the office or facility, view a map.
- Find My Claims – View claims received within the past 60 days for both the primary insured and covered dependents; includes Provider, date of service, status, claim amount, and amount paid.
- Nurseline – Call for experienced 24/7 care advice (if applicable for your policy)
- Customer Service – Easily email Customer Service from the home screen

أنا جربت التأمين و يا جماعة الخير ما يغطي شامل في حالات حشو أسنان ولا صيدليات بعض الأدوية لازم ندفع نسبة من السعر. هذا تطبيق يخليك تطلع بطاقتك على شاشة جوالك في وقت النكبة. ان شاء الله هذه الشركة فيها الخير والبركة باذن الله ما تحتاجونها. وفقكم الله. وسلامتكم.

لقد استخدمت اتنا في عده حالات والحمد لله لم يحدث لي اي مشكله حتى المبلغ الذي يدفع عند EMR يتم ارجاعه لي بعد ان يدفع التامين لهم ولكن مع هذا التامين لا يدفعون سوى جزء صغير من التكاليف ويورطوك في الباقي حتى عياده الاسنان التي اتعامل معها منذ سنه ونصف لم ادفع لهم سنت واحد عندما كنت مع التامين القديم والان... لو بس اقدر احط صور الفواتير من كل مستشفى او عياده والمبالغ التي عليها حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل قريب شهر رمضان الله لا يرحم كل واحد ورطنا في هذا التأمين السئ.

I NEED TO GO TO A HOSPITAL AND THIS STUPID APP SHOWS MY LOCATION IN DALLAS TEXAS WHILE I LIVE IN MOSCOW IDAHO. I HAVE WRITTEN MY ZIP CODE, CITY NAME AND STATE BUT STILL SAYS DALLAS FIX THIS ISSUE THIS IS A HEALTH CARE APP NOT A GAME. Now I can't even see my insurance card l, where is the button gone? . At least yesterday it was possible. Plz fix this app

You need your card number to get the app to work.... So you can get your card number. What a piece of junk.

My card shows up, but that's about the only thing that works. Whether I Use my phone's GPS location or type it in manually, all the search results come up as Texas. Not at all helpful, and not worth the space on my phone.

Works in that you have your card on your phone. All other functions don't seem to work yet. Updated search function only shows physicians in Texas. Hopefully we'll get a functional version soon, I'd love to have a local physical list tailored to my individual plan.

ID did not update to current 2015 coverage and when viewing my previous ID card it did now show mine. It showed someone else's.

This app has been great for keeping track of my insurance claims and shows all the details so that I stay informed of what's going on and how much is being paid out. I can access it on my own time, which is so great for a busy student like me!

This app has been really helpful. The provider search feature is great for identifying a doctor and it even shows directions to the office and pulls up a number so I can easily call them. It makes the insurance process a lot faster and easier.

Can't login!!! What's the point of this app, if a user can't even use it... Fix it please, or hire me if you don't know how to fix :)
