The app and site both crashed since they announced sale.may be fake sales.you cannot purchase items bcz their ser er is not responding.so no use.better un install.

Very much disappointed with the application it is not working since early morning ...all of the applications of centrepoint have same issue babyshop ,home centre etc

Worst application and service ever i ordered shoes from 1 month amd half and till now i didnt receive anything yet.. i mean what is this ??im very disapointed ????????????????????????????????????

it's not working at all old one is better very difficult to process and to find what you need

Shoe mart

The older version was better. This app does not even open in my S8 whereas it previously did. Even installed them thrice aftr i delete and still not working. This is embarrassing and now I am annoyed too. Used to do much of shopping from this site and now shoe mart is losing sale from us anyways.

Still images not downloaded when app z opened not appear at all I uninstall and reinstall several times but nothing change Used to do too much shopping from landmark sites now i cant really frustrating and disappointing

You have lots of shoes for woman but sadly no delivery in Kuwait.. I hope you include here in Kuwait. Anyways, I'm one of costumer in Elabelz..

It was working on day1. Then always on some loop. Never loading

I just installed the app and immediately uninstalled as it kept saying session time out. Also the screen kept blinking nonstop upon opening. I evwn had to go to playstore as fast as i could and tried many times to uninstall before the app tried to reopen again and again... please fix this.

The app-shoemart and others i.e. splash, babyshop & lifestyle were working all good until 2 days ago..suddenly it has started to create issues where when clicked on the app icon the page starts to blink several times and reflects 'session timeout' and goes on until you don't uninstall the app. I have tried to uninstall & reinstall the app 5-6 times though was faced by the same issue, forcing me to place my orders the usual website way.

App does not work I can see frequently users are complaining..... wake up it's same problem with splash shoemart babyshop why creating app when does not work. Also please don't ask to delete and reinstall it doesn't work as well ......

The same issues for all apps. And the responses from u to send a screen shot via email is the worst response ever. U r seriously asking people to waste more time instead of u actually start taking these comments and work on fixing the bug. People do not need shomart and other store to live but shoemart does need people to live
