Not bad experience.. because of a technical problem I cancelled the order..refund done during 15 days...my problem is with call centre not with app u should try tens of turning to reach

bug prevents from llacing orders when it comes to schedule delivery!!!

The worst app shopping ever! Did not deliver what I ordered for 3 weeks and when I called to complain they said all what I ordered was not fit to be delivered yet they failed to notify me that for 3 weeks. Plus it will take 14 days to refund. So in total one month they just held onto my money. Pathetic.

سيء جدا التعامل معاكم ارسلت شكوى على الفيس بوك ولم يرد احد .. تم ارسال طلب عن طريق ارامكس لم يكن هناك داع لارساله بهذه الطريقة ودفعت ١٦٠ ريال لم يكن معلن عنها قبل الشراء

Click and collect is worst! they take order and deducted money right away and it requires multiple reminder to get an answer when to pick up and by the time they respond the respone is out of stock! and then wait for refund!

Wasted so much time to select items and now can't even checkout. . Believe it or not this shopping aap can't even show ur cart.... ???? it will just give u error "connection time out"..

"Server down" - Always. Its sad that they can't create a decent app that gets the job done.

server down , their promoting their app yet it doesnt even work(checkout fails always)

تجربتي للشراء اونلاين من هوم سنتر بالغة السوء - عدم الوفاء بموعد التوصيل- الاتصال بخدمة العملاء عشرات المرات ورفع عدة شكاوى للإدارة وعدم توصيل الطلب حتى الآن رغم مرور عدة أيام على الموعد المحدد- عدم الاتصال رغم انهم أكدوا اكثر من مرة أنهم سيتصلوا لحل الاشكال ولم يحدث ذلك

This application is only for KSA and that's not fair....we also in UAE want these services

The app doesn't work properly, when I use search it shows me a blank page. This app is a waste of time.

Home center delivered damaged tree and bad conditions bed set their customer care have no quality service at all they just keep you wasting your time writing complains I dont recommend using their online app as there are a delivery co which involved for small item delivery i used to like this brand name and trust their services put for the ladt 1 month i stopped as they are not wealthy my trust anymore i wasted aed 2600 for damaged stuff ...i eish i bought a 2d hand stuff rather than buying from them i have all evident with pics for their damaged goods i rate this app as ZERO

Something wrong with the app.. After installing it didn't open.. Just froze at homepage loading with nothing showing.. After removing & installing it again, still the same issue remained.. Would gladly give you a five star after the development team fixes the problem..

App not working any more for long than 2 weeks All the responses from the developer is uninstall and reinstall again wich i did hundred times in two different phones!!

A useless app. that does nothing other than waste your time. Please stay as away from this as possiple.

Everything was delivered on time but item was used and after informing them 1 month has passed and still no one has picked it up
