la Madeleine Bonne Rewards for Android
Used to work great, now it won't update my status even though I did what it said and scanned each visit. So upsetting to lose the status and have to start over and over again. what's the point in using it then if I will never get my rewards!!
Interface was a bit confusing at first, but I manage to get use to it. The Rewards portion of this app is just great and useful when visiting this restaurant. Much love and recommendation. <3
The customer service for the app is awful. They permanently closed my account, with no discussion, for triggering "systematic safeguards" because it took multiple attempts to get it to scan at the restaurant.
Awful! Took 15 minutes to order and add my cc for payment, but the submit button and app crashes. Very slow app. Why is opening screen yelling at me to "Pay!"?
Not user friendly. There's no way to remove the link to the credit card from this app. Don't like the app starts with QR. I really want to remove my credit card info from this app!!!!
App doesn't list any of the locations in my city at all. Useless.
Tried the app for the first time. Worked well. I order my lunch for in-store pickup. Very easy to use.
I was told I could download the app and then get credit for today's visit. Well, that's just not an option, apparently or, at least, if it is, I couldn't find it.
There is no way to add a receipt if you don't use the app at the time of purchase.

Was a great app. Now it's garbage. Have been having problems with new visits being updated for the past few/several months. Support has been no help. Receive dubious emails saying problem resolved just because I'm too busy to check my email and reply every day or two. Strongly leaning to deleting app. This has made me disinclined to return to La Madeline.
App immediately closes whenever I select an item from the app menu on left. Uninstalled and reinstalled, but same result. Update: Developers contacted me to look into issue. Provisionally updated rating.
I accidently deleted my card information and now the app will not accept my card, claiming it to be invalid. Also I receive gift cards to La Madeleine, but cannot use them on the app, so I must choose between receiving rewards and a using a gift card. Not cool.
No easy way to go back to 1954. Makw it easier to input year please. I was told I could go back and input ny receipt to get credit for today's purchase but wgen I tried to do this that IS NOT an option! Please add this feature. Thank you.

Keeps crashing when selecting rewards
Why is it so difficult to enter a date of birth. I had to press back through month by month until I reached 1956. Why couldn’t I just type in my DOB? Or at least have a fast back button to go back by year instead of only month. Very poor design. Also, the poster for the app was placed AFTER you pay, so I was screwed out of my first visit.
This is for all of the dummies complaining that they have to scroll back to 1950-something month-by-month. You are supposed to tap the year to be able to scroll to your year. It's not the app. It's you.
Easy to use, and great to collect rewards. If you go to the restaurant anyway, it makes sense to get a benefit from them!
Every time I try to check my Bonne Rewards it gives me and error report say: Unfortunately Bonne Rewards as stop working....then it closes my app. It ONLY does it when checking my Bonne Rewards.... Please FIX THIS PROBLEM.
Had the app installed and tried to use the $5 off my first app purchase. Kept saying "network error" so I uninstalled, reinstalled, and now I don't have the reward at check out. Checked to see if my previous order went through even though it said it hadn't and I have no previous orders.
I hate this app. Can't even use it. It is not easy to use and constantly takes me to the sign in area and then says that my things are invalid when it's not.
Wow, this app needs more testing! I can't even register because birthday field is useless.

so far not really impressed. I installed the app, log my info and have not seen my free reward for doing this? not sure if I will keep it
Love the app. Me and my friends go to la Madeleine all the time and it's great to finally have a loyalty system to reward our visits. Looks good and easy to use.
I work there and I can't say how much i love having my lunch there at my break. They have really great food
I have to scroll back month by month for 40 years to input my birthday? Not worth the work.

Horrible app. They should fire the company who made this for them and whoever decided this was worth publishing. Online ordering is horrible and doesn't work, layout is no user friendly. You should stick to making croissants and pastries and give up on this app if you're only going to do it 20% correct.
