LCCI Whistle Blower

The app is designed for anyone who has information or would like to reports insider knowledge of illegal activities occurring in an organization. Whistleblowers can be employees, suppliers, contractors, clients or any individual who somehow becomes aware of illegal activities taking place in a business either through witnessing the behavior or being told about the incident.

This app is a brain child of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry.


Complaints that count as whistleblowing

You’re protected by law if you report any of the following:

a criminal offence, eg fraud
someone’s health and safety is in danger
risk or actual damage to the environment
a miscarriage of justice
the company is breaking the law, eg doesn’t have the right insurance
you believe someone is covering up wrongdoing



Subscribers only need log on, register their complaints and/or observations and the Business Advocacy group of the LCCI will address their issues with relevant bodies, and where necessary escalate to higher authorities.


The business advocacy group will work in concert with the Lagos Chamber Arbitration Centre in the resolution of business disputes.
