ICE - In Case of Emergency for Android
Not accessible from lock screen. Useless unless I carry phone around unlocked. Edit: Apparently I misunderstood "Only from Android Lollipop". It is visible on my lock screen, but can't unlock the phone...so still useless to me since I have a more recent version of Android.
So nice to be able to retain total privacy, while giving emergency personnel access to critical information. It took some tweaking so that only ICE and weather show up on my locked screen, but it works a treat!
This app is Perfect! Very easy to use & setup. Does not require First Responders to have any special knowledge on how to access, critical medical information in case of an Emergency! Instructions are ALL right there on the Lock Screen; just swipe down with your finger & your information is right there!
Wouldn't open from the lock screen, so it was completely useless. [edit] I did enable notifications. I can read and follow instructions and I did troubleshoot before I posted a negative review. I didn't say it wasn't there on the lock screen, I said it wouldn't open. It says to swipe down to open it, but when I swiped -- in any direction -- nothing happened.
Great app for those like me on multiple medications for various illnesses and who lives alone. A good way to record all the info a medic might need if you are in crisis and unable to give over the info verbally. Nothing to lose by trying it out. It might just save your life!!
App works well giving very helpful information to the public. Weather it be God forbid, at the scene of an accident or you loose your phone. It's really something to consider.
Simple to use and serves it's purpose. My only suggestion is, I wish it gave you more room to add additional emergency contacts. And a special box for organ donars, kind of like on my Drivers license. I wrote that I am but it would have been great if it had it's own highlighted place. I am pleased with the app as is and grateful that it is free.
Love that it shows on a locked screen. I have a special needs son and this allows for his information to be displayed in case something happens to me
Works no problems from lock screen. Peace of mind as I do a lot of off road cycling on my own, so if something does happen all details are there.
Works great. You never know when your emergency contacts might need to be accessed by someone when you need help and can't do it yourself. Highly recommend this app.
Too simple. Cannot change text size, colors, font type, flashing. Needs link to ICE type applications : SMS, GPS, sounds, phone dialling, video, audio recordings.
Only just installed shows all relavent info on lock screen. Hope I never have the need for it to be used. The only addition (I saw on another app) would be to add a photo of the owner so the emergency services can be sure they have the right person.
Allergic to a lot of stuff. I use this app every time I go to the doctor and need to tell them what I'm allergic to and what meds I'm on, etc. Plus, if anything happens to me, it should be easy to see what I can and can't take. :)
Has been great until recent updates. I have a Samsung galaxy S7 edge and it had been working great for almost a year. Sincr the two updates this month it no longer works, doesn't appear on locked screen. I am running Android 7.0.
Thank you for making this app. I have some pretty serious medication allergies. This will help along with the info in my purse. And my phone is still locked.
Love the fact that is right there at the top so emergency services can find it easily. Like the fact that it is so easy to create a medical profile
Its very important to have this app even if it cost a bit money which it doesn't!
It's a great app and works for my locked phone but I'd like to be able to choose languages, maybe my native tongue and as permanent and others for when you're travelling.
It's not appear my details on lock screen, need your help and guidance
I suggest on lock screen a sign or an indication to swipe down to be able to see ICE contact and information as the actual wiget on look screen is not intuitive that you have to swipe down to be able to see ICE contact and information.
Kinda pointless to have this on your phone if you can't see it on your lock screen.
Ease of set up, at it shows on my locked screen so you have to go is pull down on the icon and my info shows.
Near perfect. If only it would sync across devices via your Google account.
So far this app has worked better than the last one I used. My medical info is easy to access by first responders from the lock screen.
Great app, doesn't kill my battery either. Thank you for making such an efficient app.
I have tried a lot of the ICE apps. This one has proven to the best one for me.
Installed and figured it out on my own. Easy enough, I guess.
Only suggestion would be fields to enter info like primary physician, preferred hospital, location of insurance card, etc...
Works! Just as described, locked screen can still access my information which is vital when your sick. Thank you.
Awsome app really nice for me a brittle diabetic thank you so much
Love it and best if all it's FREE. Let's you enter all the information you need to for the Medical Personnel.
Wonderful for a person who has a complex body, and easy enough to manage. Love this app, it may be a life saver for me someday. Thank you !!
It doesn't work on the Samsung C9 Pro... :(
Hoping I never need it, but feel safer having it!
Easy set up and easy to use. Hopefully I will never actually need it.
Obviously always in my notifications which is good, but can be annoying.
Doesn't work on locked screen. Pointless.
Great app. Shows emergency services who to contact if you can't
So easy to set up and is totally accessible at any time... The phone doesn't have to be unlocked for the information to be shown

Easy access from the drop down info bar even if my phone is locked emergency personnel can check it. If you have any allergies that need to be known in an emergency this is the app for you. I love that I can let others know who to contact in case something happens and it will let them know what medications I take and the ones I'm allergic too. Life saver!
