It has now blossomed into a full fledged venture-with the head office in Bellary employing a competent 140 member team, charting spectacular growth year on year. This success had led to retail venture, La Closet.

Mr. Rakshit, the owner of Kaizen and La Closet is a classic example of a young and dynamic business entrepreneur who has enjoyed a spectacular rise to riches from humble beginnings. As a teenager, he discovered his inclination towards fashion and the quality that comes with a branded label. Motivated by his own striving of perfection and quality he initiated this retail venture.
