About Lachit Multilingual Keyboard
With this keyboard a user can switch between the QWERTY and the Indian keyboards without any effort. The layouts are so designed that users can find the most frequently used characters in one place. The preview of shift keys helps to easily find out the letters.
Few salient features of this keyboard are-
a) Easy switching of languages, b) Efficient single handed typing, c) Commonly used punctuation marks are in the main keyboards, d) Double tapping of the spacebar inserts a period and a space in both the languages., e) Works in almost all versions of Android, f) A collection of most commonly used emojis, g) Readymade 'juktakhyors' etc.
To activate the keyboard after installation, please follow the below mentioned steps:
1. Go to Settings of the mobile.
2. Find Language & Input.
3. Select Lachit.
4. Open Messenger or Facebook or whatsapp or sms or mail.
5. Press and hold the spacebar of the existing keyboard or swipe from top of the mobile scree downwards.
6. Select Lachit from the popup. The same may be in the notification area too.
7. Start typing.

Since I have installed the keyboard it is working very fine till today, But today it self I have to go to the setting to see whether it has been set as default keyboard because it stopped working. Where is comma button for English?

Except one suggestion I have not a single word to say. Sometimes I get problem in changing the format of English text. When I want to change the capital letter to small letter or vice versa the keyboard doesn't work. Moreover, I think it will be better if you include more Juktakshar.

Sir, I truly Appreciate and love your work. But i think it need little work on graphic quality of keyboard and prediction dictionary (for English inputs), so that every Assamese people can use this keyboard in default settings. Thank you
