Country Code Fixer ensures that all your phone numbers have the country calling code with just one touch. This is the only app that contains a database of international calling rules for 224 locales, so there is no need to setup anything.
A phone number without a country calling code cannot be called in roaming, its contact name might not be visible on your car's handsfree, and it might cause problems with Google Voice. This app fixes all of that in just a couple of seconds.
For this to work, you must have a device with SIM card in it.

It doesn't let you choose which country code to add, it just takes the one from the SIM card. I used to have a number, and my contacts were local with that number, then moved to another country, so I needed to add my previous number's country code to use my previous contacts... I cannot do that.

It attempt to add the same international code to all numbers that does not srart with +
