LabCorp Beacon®: Mobile

Can't get logged in. Uninstalling the app. A company this big should have an app that works.

Guess I'm in line for the dislike of this app.

Lab Corpse - it is obvious that your patients are not your first priority. If it were you would be reading all the comments about this app. The comments go back over a year. Even if you can not work out allowing patients to review their results on a mobile device you should allow a patient to schedule an appointment for lab work. This app serves no one and should be removed.

Misleading app title. Need to add "for Providers" to the end of title. The current title implies it is a mobile app for all LabCorp Beacon users, which is not true. Only Health Care Providers can use this app. When I called they give no explanation as to why. Very poor customer service.

If you read the reviews you can see that for a very long time people have not been able to get the app to work or work correctly. I don't understand why a company like LabCorp that is national, who has been around a very long time and who patients are very dependent on would allow an app like this to exist and not work.

The app doesn't work. Labcorp knows it doesn't. They'll tell you they don't know when, or if they'll get the app running or not. They even told me they plan to just leave the app in the store inoperable because no one has really complained about it. The only answer is for EVERYONE who it isn't working for to unistall it. It MAY, and I repeat MAY work for doctors, but patients need to get rid of it. Then, maybe Labcorp will fix it. Though, Google should have gotten rid of it long ago.

This app doesn't work any better than the one doctors have to try to use in the office. Customer service is rude and gives the impression they couldn't care less if the app works or not and are merely a waste of their precious time. Lab Corp's customer service standards are about even with Comcast's! Nonexistant!!

Doesn't allow patients, only doctors! HAVE YOUR LABS DONE WITH QUEST THEY DO HAVE AN EXCELLENT APP FOR PATIENTS!!!

I can't understand what the difference is between my phone or my home pc...why can't I access my records from a phone? If you don't support smart phone access REMOVE THE APP FROM THE PLAY STORE

The app does not work for patiences. It is not designed to check your results, appointments, etc.

This is stupid if you can't actually use it. I have to be on the website and my phone will not open the website because they have an appointment available.

Patient login says Invalid Username every time. Can't even log in from Chrome on my smartphone. Has to be on a hard PC.... super convenient when trying to show doctors lab results in their office......

This piece of trash won't even let me log in with my user account which works in a web browser on LabCorp's site. Instead, it responds that the user name does not exist.

Why have an app that does not work. Can not sign in. Go online to web site and go to troubleshooting any it tells you at this time LabCorp Beacon Patient is not available for use on mobile devices.

App is for providers only. If you are a patient, try Quest next time.You can get resuts with an online account or a mobile app. No problems, no microsoft account.

I am registered to get my results from Labcorp and thought I could check my test results with this app. You cannot. This is for the health care providers to track all of the patient results which I do not see the need for since they have the results in my patient file. I would like to have a patient app so I can track my results from my phone.

Works on my PC but not my mobile. Seems its only available to non-patients. Quest allows this chiffon for their patients. Will LabCorp update?

Urlacher in the office is a broken address. Customer service person need a break a real bit cheaper to me saying and complaining I don't support you area.

I just spoke with LapCorp customer service since my "username" was being rejected when logging in. They told me that LabCorp did not make this app and that I need to use the desktop/laptop computer to log in. Apparently the apps available in the Google Play Store and the iTunes Store are not real LabCorp apps. STAY AWAY!

Why do they call it a patient portal if patients can't log in? If this is NOT a Labcorp app, as others have said, then why doesn't Labcorp create one?? I can pull up the Labcorp homepage on my Droid, BUT the patient login defaults to an error. Worthless when u discover that at your doctor's office.

Was told when I called customer service to use this app. This is for doctors not patients. Very frustrating.

Stick with Quest. These people want your microsoft account. Is that weird or what. I will never use lapcorp again. Now they disabled my account. Haha.

The app is useless for patients and the mobile site is just as bad.

Apparently this app is not for patients to get their records as you might expect. When I enter the same user name and password which I use on the computer version, I receive a message stating invalid user name.

Works fine from my desktop but nada, nothing, zero, zip from my cell!

The app is for doctors. The customer service is extremely rude and tries to make you feel like an idiot.

Downloaded the app, and I followed the instructions to call the toll free number to establish an account. In speaking with the Rep, all I had to do was use my email id as my username, and an email would be sent to me with an account number. Still waiting...

cannot login. totally useless. using same userid/pwd as via laptop.
