The downside is the lack of support when reseting your password. Also difficult for most to install.

This has been a convenient app to print pay stubs and W2 but it is draining my battery no matter how many times I stop the app in the background! I had to uninstall it from my phone and just keep it on my tablet. Programmers need to fix this bug because it didn't do that before.

At the bottom of the log in there is a link to enter your "password". Tap that. In the middle of the next screen there is a forgot password link. Tap that. You will be prompted to give your work email for verification purposes. There will be a new email from Caprizza in your inbox. This email will allow you to actually setup and confirm your password. 1st time try today. Hope it's worth all the trouble. It'd be nice if Caprizza could streamline 1st time use...

This app is impossible to use because I can't log in. I've tried online at work and on my phone. No, the revised instructions are not helping.

Great idea....but to difficult to sign up. Tell me to open the link sent to my work email with my device. I don't have access to my work email via my cell phone. Now what?

Tried unsuccessfully to connect yesterday. Today my phone warned me of high data usage and I see this app downloaded 1.13GB of data in the background!! Current app data size is 85.46MB (app is 60.98MB with 24.48MB data). What was the app trying to download and where is that data?!

I have downloaded this app twice and neither time have I been able to log in and use this. Please fix and let us know when the problems have been fixed.

I downloaded the app to view my paystubs. I am unable to view them now that I'm with the DOA. DOA needs to make this available to us as well.

Will not let you enter a password. Must use the Passwords are Boring feature, which doesn't work. Tried their help desk. They were useless. If they were a LAPD employee, I would scratch out a facesheet for Neglect of Duty.

It's alright, but I find D-time to be better suited for my needs.
