Initial setup wasn't easy. No initial email sent with password so had to login on their website and select forgot password. Even then it took an age for the app to login. However, contacts still disappear at random.

Just what I was looking for - somewhere to store all my contact details visible wherever I go. Also my wife can access it. Only criticism so far is that I have been creating additional fields (title, initials and children's names) for many of my contacts. But what a pain to have to create the same set of fields for each contact. Why not have a means of adding the fields universally to all contacts in one go? Hence 4 stars but as my title suggests, I'm sure there is potential to apply this during an update.

You cannot sync your contacts because the app does not find the WiFi or internet unless you constantly reboot your phone. I use a Galaxy S7. It constantly says the app is disconnected ! Very Annoying. Otherwise, when it does find the Internet, it works very well. In summary, it's just too much hassle to get it to sync the contacts.

Sync with Google contacts**** Google groups do not sync**** Delete/Merge duplicates**** Edit contacts**** Must create an account with app to use, very easy****** Only suggestion at the moment: Please make buttons either bigger, or on the side(like a side menus that slides out), my cheapie tablet keeps going into its menus/options when I attempt select in app options/Buttons. My tablets menus are both top and bottom.

Outlook add in works but will not sync Galxy S7 Edge. Says it's syncing but after 40 minutes still 0% complete. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Counts contacts but then always locks up on upload step (i.e., never finishes), so "This is your first synchronization..." starts over (from the very beginning) every time you run the app!! Also, it should give better feedback such as "Currently uploading Yahoo Mail Contacts," "Currently uploading Gmail Contacts," "Currently removing duplicates," etc., etc. Fix these issues, and I will probably be impressed. ;-)

It asks for first name first the lists contacts by first name. Not practical when several contacts have same first name. I just put last name in first name slot then contacts are seen by last name. Can get confusing when inputting data.

I am unable to add emails directly from the mail account into phone contact directory. You have to enter the emails in app itself for adding the same in phone contact directory which is not quick and time consuming. If you have any solution to this problem, Kindly provide the same.

I have needed this app for so many years. Years of switching between screens and chrome IDs to copy and paste over email addresses from one Id to the next. I cannot tell you how useful this is. My email addresses now all share the same contact info also on my mobile devices - it is easy and it works. And love the merge function. Happy to pay the small monthly fee for my many contacts to be accessible everywhere all the time. The only worry I have it that you'll stop one day running this app? PLEASE DON'T!!
