Myki Plus

As there is no way to see if you're touched on or off on this app, there is no way to see an accurate current balance. One would think if your above $0 you can successfully touch on, however if you havent touched off then the next time you touch on it deducts the previous fare, putting it into negative. Today on the tram, using your app which showed my balance in positive, you successfully caused a $75 fine. Can you please provide your details to refund me this lost money, as a direct result of your app.

Not perfect but seems to work ok for me, with just 1 card. I think most issues are caused by the myki system, not this app. Ignore the f ools who blame the app for myki problems. I'd like a few more features like those available on the myki website, like trip history.

Widget does not refresh at all. App does not refresh at all. I have to open website in browser to view accurate balances on cards. App does not do what it was developed to perform. There is no point whatsoever installing this app. Admittedly, it used to, but not currently. Nov 2016.

This app used to be better. Now it logs me out every I close the app which is annoying as I have to log back in each time to do anything. There will be other, better apps coming out soon so I won't have use of this anymore.

I am using an S7 and I have a phone case / wallet. Every. Single. Time I open my phone it continually came up with NFC join Myki Plus. NO. NO. NO. Everyone uses Myki cards and swipes away at the station. Take two seconds longer and read the balance on the screen and this app becomes pointless.

Why you have to pay to get multi card function as a father of 2 kids it would be quite usefully to have 2 cards in same cards in the same app. Shame on you to not be able to give your clients full access of payment methods.

I'm an early adopter/user and paid for the app within a week of using free version. Since ages ago, app has not seen any added feature. What about top-up locations for a start? then transaction history, material design...

I use this app because it is currently the only myki app that has a widget on the home screen. I did have an issue with it not working, but that has been fixed but I still have the other myki app just in case

Free version was great. Opted to pay for full app now it won't even log in. Just use the free version

It doesn't sign in automatically so I have to remember my u/n and p/w everytime I use it whilst, "help" button provides a very helpful blank screen... And of course, the widget can't detect my myki card!!! Taking in to consideration the other comments made by other users I want to be refunded.

hangs during loading, need to re login a lot, widget almost never works anymore...

Really convenient, only issue is it says I don't have an active pass in my card which is incorrect

Working but does not save user name and password so have to manually enter every time where previous it was save. Therefore widget does not work, need to reopen main app before widget works again. Very poor since update.

This app totally s**ks. Premium version is just an attempt to steal money. NFC feature just to register a card ? And you can't use it in real time. Most of the times it says Internal Server Error

Did what I needed it to do but after update to Nougat every time I open it I have to log back in which is really annoying as it doesn't seem to send my notifications when not logged in.

Every time I unlock my phone, the app opens up telling me to select a myki, then insists I upgrade the app. This is very annoying

Won't even let me log on, and I've tried everything, I can log in on the site but not in the app, so this is basically a useless icon that takes up memory on my phone

App was working fine but now over a week my balance won't update.ibe paid for full version to.When I refresh it says internal error??My balance is still stuck on the 13th Jan 2017.Riduculous.ive topped up and used my card daily. FIX PLEASE, THANKS

It's good in terms of being able to touch my card to my phone and view my balance, however my balance is stuck as at September 2016 and won't change despite having restarted the app etc

I download the the free version and it seemed quite good. I then opted to pay for the unlocking of extra features and found that they didn't work. The widget was visible from my app / widget draw, but when selecting it, it only opens the app and will not save the app to any of the phones main screens (even if completely empty). Refund or bug fix would be great! (Moto X running 5.1).

Can't understand why we have to pay in order to see multiple myki balances. This feature should be free.

Worst app, keeps popping upgrade message. Useless, dont waste time downloading it. You have to pay to see multiple cards.

Hey, not sure what the rules are but would it be possible to link your myki to an NFC enabled phone to use the phone as a myki?

Clear bold summary of balance per card, but last transaction date is small and minor benefit only. Also needs tab for recent trips times/route-stop/cost like in Windows Phone app Myki-Balance. History should be in paid version.

Best app evar!!! Well pretty awesome, does what it says on the tin. I would like to see the following improvements though. * Ability to disable animation (the flip one, feels slow) * The thing that says "MYKI 1" probably shouldn't appear if you only have one Myki. Wishlist: * Material design

Buyer be aware - I shouldn't have paid for the app. Only two of the three registered and active myki cards show up. No acknowledgement that it's a problem let alone help or useful feedback from Kyle when it comes to fixing the problem. In any real world store, a faulty product = fix or refund. Unfortunately neither apply in this case.

Takes long time to update the myki balance even after refreshing, logout and login again. Please fix it.

Upgrade my phone and every time i try and log in, tells me Myki website failed. Not happy that I paid for this app.

Pretty good. Nfc scan seems to only launch the app, doesn't go into the card that i've touched when I've got more than 1 card. Overall, better than the rating gives credit for

NFC is a perfect idea, I have more than two cards so its great to be able to see the balance.

My readings aren't consistent with the value on the card. I add value but nothing changes when I refresh or scan

When I try to add the widget it says no mykis to select... Even tho I'm logged into the app and can see my myki. I have the google now launcher installed but I don't see why this would break the widget? Please fix

This is a simple way to check your myki, something myki should have introduced already. Great work and keep the updates coming!

This app does its job perfectly, though if it's possible then adding a way to top up ones MYKI in this app would be very useful.
