Hey U! es la aplicación movil que permite a los clientes obtener el servicio de traduccion desde su idioma nativo a otro idioma seleccionado. Desde el lugar donde te encuentres ya sea un aeropuerto..una reunion de negocios o intentes comunicar algo en un idioma extranjero HEY U! sera una opcion indispensable para obtener una traduccion personalizado de un traductor.
Hey u! es una aplicacion movil gratuita porque no se cobra por descargarla o por tener un cuenta activa o la membresia. Puede escojer un traductor entre los traductores disponibles que se encuentren online para lo cual pueden usar como referencia el ranking que posea el traductor, la cantidad de votos que ha obtenido (cantidad de servicios de traduccion ofrecidos y evaluados por los clientes) y el pais al que pertenescan.
El cliente efectuara la llamada al traductor el cual ira traduciendo lo que escuche. Al finalizar la llamada, el cliente debera evaluarla, con lo cual se modificara el ranking del traductor. Para hacer uso del servicio de llamadas para traduccion, el cliente debera tener activo su perfil y comprar saldo a traves de su cuenta Paypal o Tarjeta de Credito seleccionando entre los diferentes planes de llamadas disponibles.

* Plan Regular - ($9.99/30 minutos) - valido solo por 2 meses
* Plan Intenso - ($15.00/60 minutos) - valido solo por 3 meses
*Plan Abierto - ($mas de $20.00) - sin vencimiento.
Para el traductor, HEY U! sera una oferta de trabajo, convirtiendose en otra fuente de ingreso alternativo. Por cada servicio de traduccion ofrecido el traductor recibira el pago correspondiente por minuto de duracion de la llamada. El pago se realizara semanal y debera en la activacion del perfil haber suministrado una cuenta de paypal donde recibira los honorarios por los servicios de traduccion ofrecidos en el periodo comprendido entre la ultima fecha de pago y los 7 dias posteriores a esa fecha. Podra ofrecer su servicio de traductor las 24h durante todo el año. Podra atender las llamadas de los clientes y hacer la traduccion solicitada mientras realiza otro tipo de actividades laborales, de camino a casa, o en tiempo extra o de ocio, aportandole un ingreso adicional. Hey U! le brinda al traductor los datos de Su estado de Ranking asi como de la cantidad de clientes conectados y la evaluacion de los primeros lugares de Ranking por idiomas de todos los traductores logueados.
El Ranking del Traductor informara a los clientes su desempeño e indicara un valor de Ranking Total.Este ranking sera evaluado diariamente para lo cual el promedio diario debera permanecer siempre sobre el 60% lo cual sera definitorio para mantener activo el perfil.
Si el perfil es desactivado por bajo rendimiento el traductor solo podra reactivar el perfil con autorizacion del administrador pasados 30 dias de penalizacion. Hey you!
