I wouldnt give it one star if I had the choice! It has soooo many glitches and bugs! I have registered the app and even ordered medication but when trying to log in and tracing my order the app says im not registered! I rang to ask whats going on and they said im registered and they have my order but still can not get onto app so I have no idea whats happening! This is sooo bad its peoples medication that they need, I need my inhalers to keep me alive and I have no idea where my prescription is!!!!!!!!!!!!! Through their mess up I now have no medication until at least monday now! MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE AT ITS BEST!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ordered my staff over a week ago. Still waiting and the order just disappeared from the app so can't check the progress
Have used this service 2 times and excellent service better than normal high Street pharmacy which I have had problems with getting them to request prescription. Highly recommend.
The app was ok, but the service from the company was awful, submitted my son's prescription 2 weeks ago and it's been left sitting at the surgery, I had to contact the surgery as Pharmacy2u had no idea where it was. Not very good for a first time experience
Can't even login!!! I have an account changed password etc. Still no go.

Works well, received medication at just the right time. My only issue is the pharmacy registration number in the app is incorrect, and doesn't tally with the one on the pharmaceutical Council website. Also, they seem really bad at responding to people's feedback on here.
Just won't work anymore. Just get 4 squares going round and round and I need my prescription. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It was so handy as I can't always get to my doctors. So annoyed
It's a really good service made life easier... My doctors are not accepting prescriptions from 3rd parties anymore so I can no longer use them not sure if I'm not the only one in this position :/ doctors suck sometimes :/
Great way of getting your medication. App is easy to use. However if there is a issue with your order e.g. you've been sent the wrong item, then the only way to resolve the problem is to call the customer service and it takes forever to be able to speak with someone (I have been caller number 32 at one occasion meaning 45 min of wait). Please add an option or a way to report an problem with specific item.
Hard work to use. Worked OK for a little while now it's stopped working and I can't re order. Easier to just phone your doctors and do it. Don't bother wasting your time using it.
Have been ordering with them for several months now. Sometimes can take quite a while but I always order early so wouldn't run out. Had one occasion where I was sent the wrong medication contacted them via email and my problem was sorted straight away. Got the correct medication within 3 days. It took a while to get set up at the beginning as GP surgery not used to dealing with this service but now that it is up and running it is perfect. It literally takes me 4 clicks to order my usual medication.
SCAM! THIS APP IS A SCAM! I ordered and paid and my order is still on stage 1. I contacted my doctor who claims they have received no such order. The order was put in on Thurs last week. It's the following Monday. I have tried to contact "pharmacy2u" but the contact page has been removed on their site, plus, even when you enter all the right details into into the app's contact field, it keeps claiming there's information missing. DO NOT USE THIS! IT IS A BLATANT CASH GRABBING SCAM!
Basically useless, when I try to pick a date for my next prescription, it let's me pick the day but no option to pick the month and the only year available is 2018. When submitted it defaulted to December 2018. Not sure I can wait a year for my next order!! Tried on multiple phones. Works fine on the website. Unable to upload medical exemption certificate through the app. It says it has submitted but I had an email from pharmacy2u two days before I requested my prescription to say they didn't have the exemption certificate? It also took around three weeks before I was able to order anything and I had already ran out at that point. I put a request in for my old pharmacy but it never arrived with them after signing up for pharmacy2u. Been 4+ weeks without my thyroxine so far, which I should take daily!
All was well until they lost my prescription once was enough but twice takes the biscuit!! It seems that they have no idea what they are doing and are completely incompetent with customer service
Stopped working now, four little squares keep going round and round nothing more. Stopped the App and re-tried with no effect. Please correct it
Unable to submit date that meds were required. Seems glitchy. Sorted via web page then all went fine. Needs work.
Signed up exactly one week ago and ordered my prescription. I'm still without my anti-anxiety tablets, after problems trying to update my card details on the website - I was not notified that there had been a problem, so there I was thinking everything was fine... called them up twice yesterday when I realised that my order still hadn't passed stage 2 (the call isn't cheap), and was really unhappy with the lack of 'help' I recieved... the first phone call I made I even broke down in tears as I was panicking, I was assured I would get a call right back hopefully with a solution... over three hours later I was still waiting. The second time I phoned I was told it might be better if I contacted my GP for an emergency prescription if I couldn't wait - which of course I couldn't because as far as the surgery was concerned the prescription had already been signed off.... My experience has been nothing short of a farce - and I still have no idea if/when my medication will arrive. Pharmacy2U are supposed to make life easier... ????
Worse app I have ever used , asks me to confirm my address is safe then out the button to confirm off the screen so the app is useless , ment to make things easiest trying to change bk to my local pharmacy instead don't waste ur time people not worth it at all !!
Lost my prescription only second time using it said they had put in safe place and left a card stating where. So no meds no card and no reply total waste and will now need to try get repeat from doctor
Not working. Used to work great with no issues. Update rendered this inoperable. Stuck on the start screen and I've uninstalled and reinstalled.
used to work fine, but now its gone from my phone, and when i try and install it again, it says its not compatible. Phone is Google Pixel XL running Android 8.1.0
Had same problem, it wouldn't open. I uninstalled it and reinstall and now it's working fine.
This app has SERIOUSLY changed my life. I am type 1 diabetic and have 2 young children. I do not have time to repeatedly go to pharmacies just to be told to come back later. Been using for 3 months now and have no complaints at all. Thank you!!!!
Fantastic service, could not be happier. Staff are extremely polite and very reassuring. Would highly recommend Pharmacy 2Go.
Terrible app with serious faults, won't even recognise password or email, try to change, says successful then won't recognise again, get it sorted
The app is pretty good. But, it logs you out at the end of each session and you have to log back in to use it. So you have to remember yet another long password. Because of this, you are better off using the PHARMACY2U website on your PC browser, which can remember the password. Unless the app is changed so that users can have a PIN, like with banking apps?
Really handy as it's not easy to leave the house with my disabled daughter, easier, better way of getting prescriptions when you have difficulties of all kinds!
Just get the 4 squares going round all the time now, it Was really handy suddenly stopped working & can't get into website to order much needed medication, an housebound at times so found handy..
It does not work for me. I order my prescription drugs, the App tells me they requested a prescription from my doctor, but 7 days later my doctor told me he recieved NO SUCH REQUEST. The App is a total failure.
App seems alright at the moment... though still new to it. Only thing is my doctors have moved so the address needs updating on the system (if that makes any difference to the running of the app)
Worked once on my phone then wouldn't work again. Installed it on my tablet and it worked once. Have still to establish whether it will work a second time

Amended. App is now working great. So much easier getting my medication. The people wete really good when i rang for support and everything was delivered in good time. Recommend fully.
After ordering once, the app will not let me.re-order anything, the product is shown but the order button is blanked out
12 days for prescription to arrive then they packed it in an oversized box that didn't fit through the letter box, muppets!

Second time in four offers they have run out of my medication. I ordered over a week early due to last time errors. Four days later they let me know they've run out and I need to go to my GP. This will take three days. If I'm lucky I will get them before the weekend. If not I will have two days without medication. When I phoned to query my order I was told everything was on its way. When I asked why I had received an email saying a need was missing the call handler said she would check and then confirmed missing drugs from order. Appalling service. DO NOT USE
