I have to re enter all info every time i pay the bill! In this day and age I would expect the app to at least save some basic information. This is completely inefficient.

Doesn't save any info, does not save time, ya you are paying on your phone instead of calling but that's about it. I still have to go and find my bill to get account number and enter in card info. Please make it more convenient, that's the whole reason I downloaded an app to pay.

Why put out an application at all that you can't save your login information? Makes no sense. Uninstalling. Let everyone know when you get this gargantuan mistake fixed.

The app requires you to enter in your account information, identification information, and banking information every use. Horribly inconvenient and not secure for a mobile app.

Great app easy to use. Only thing about this app you can only opening once and you get a blank screen. Please fix it thanks
