The app isn't yet fully accessible for vision impaired users. still so many buttons presented in graphic. I tried on both android and IOS platform and it just gets even more worse on IOS. please do something immediately, as online ticketing is far more convenient and should be convenient for every type of user.
Don't use. Seat on app vs actual way different. Example: If you choose lower bed, 99% you will end up with upper bed with the same bed number. This app caused 3 senior citizen having a hard time on a 15 hours journey from JB to Kelantan.
My rating is based on the ease of purchasing tickets on this app versus on the website. Pros: 1) You can view all trains available for the day without selecting the time, e.g., morning, afternoon 2) You can easily access your mobile ticket whether you have purchased it from the website or app (bonus points for the mobile ticket because it is just the right size for your phone screen, so there's no need for the train attendants to zoom in) Cons: 1) No option to use Visa Checkout, Masterpass or any card payment 2) After searching for the right train, you can't easily purchase tickets. First-time users would probably repeat the process several times. After finding the right train, it tells you you'd have to be logged in first if you wish to purchase the ticket. So you log in and search and try to purchase, but now it tells you purchases must be done under "new reservations." Third time, you hopefully succeed and give yourself a pat in the back. Overall, a good start for an app, but could definitely be improved.
Ktmb!! Fix bed layout dalam apps. Saya beli lower bed tapi dapat upper bed dalam train. Spoiled mood nak travel. Fix it now before org lain kena jugak. U guys beware sebelum confirm tiket. Make sure harga tu betul sama dgn katil yg dipilih.. Saya silap jugak sbb careless tp ktmb patut tak boleh silap camni. Menyusahkannnnnn!
i'm quite weird when some of them are keep complaining..first time book for ktm kempas-gemas n ets train gemas-arau..no problem at all.easier to use. those who had problem might be hv this kind of own problem : 1. your own hp problem 2. bank balance insufficient good job ktmb!
The worst apps that I have ever used. I can't even purchase the ticket, the transaction is failed. When I unlocked back my phone, the reservation has been cancelled. Please fix it
This is the worst app ever created. Literally took me 1 freaking hour to book 1 ticket. Good job guys!
Cant connect to this app. Keep on saying no internet connection. I hv strong internet connection. Upsetting.
Please review your app database/server management and app programming. At peak hour 8.30am, basically no one could access the app and website. Either ktmb tries to cut cost by lowering bandwidth or employed inexperienced 3rd party programmers. I am rating you lowest star because you have no professionalism in handling these issues. There is no follow up, no proper technical staff feedback and most importantly, no result. Please review your ktmb team motivation and vision. If you don't intend to serve, please pass on to highly motivated business owners. Take a look at the nearest SG SMRT, they quickly handle complaints and apologise to public. That is result-driven.

So far so good, no error while purchasing the ticket, very good interface, i don't know why there are so many negative reviews. Thumbs up, well done KTMB????????????
I am using the latest phone in town. I don't think this apps belong to KTMB. When payment time it pay to mobile88 and not KTMB and payment not even can gont through in order to confirm booking. When I access original KTMB website to do booking it payment direct to KTMB and successfully completed the whole process.
The apps not allowed to take tickets less than 4 hours.. Its not helping those who need the ticket urgently.. Kindly fix the issue

The worst app I ever use, spend so much of time to fill up details end up due to can't login to payment browser and cause I have to resubmit every single details again, definitely will never use this kind of app anymore.
I had paid for the train ticket but I cant view my ticket and it told me no bookings data available, but the transaction was successful, KTMB pls view me my train ticket!
The apps is just bad and not functioning well.. Can't make payment and bad user experience...

FAQ says payment via credit card and debit card accepted, but when I used the app to buy a ticket, I found only Internet Banking options available.
