It won't playback any of its own recordings. I tried slept another program to play back the recordings but none of my other software applications can read the file.

This thing made a mess of its recordings. You cannot hear anything you recorded since it only creates weird high pitched sounds in stead of what you recorded. Tried winamp, windows media player, quicktime and all give the same playback results on the files this thing creates. AAARRGGHH!!!
