KSRTC AWATAR NEW Mobile App

Hello friends I book ticket Hyderabad to Bangalore on 2015 thefting my 2000 rs on 2015 I complain KSRTC depo at bangalore and call center also but all are cheaters still 2016/11/5 I can't receive my money don't book KSRTC and travel also.... I travel all over South India Gov bus but KSRTC Fu**k off.... Best Gov service No1 in South India APSRTC second TSRTC and also TNRTC

App is ok but the timing what have given by ksrtc is absolute wrong. Kind of a cheating they r doing. They should mention actual timings instead of fabricated timing just to compete with private bus srevice providrs...

I don't like to login again n again. I guess others also feel the same. Earlier app was much much better. If I need to login every time I launch this app then what is the point in developing the app. M websites are good enough to book tickets. Pathetic app n as expected pathetic service.

Poor app. Doesn't even allows to set password. When we click the link sent to our email id, it shows error. You have a lot more to learn from private bus apps like redbus. Grow up KSRTC

Everything is fine. The thing that annoys me is that the app closes if we press the back button. It's so irritating. Everytime I need to fill in the details of the trip when I open the app. Plz fix this mess

Very poor quality of this app. Login takes too long. App crashes at the crucial time like when move to the payment gateway systems. Disappointed with online booking with this application.

seats booked through app and website by selecting through the layout of the bus are completely different from the original layout. I haven't seen any updates from these dumb-ass ksrtc. ksrtc assholes should really move their fatty dumb-ass and maintain properly the online section

I booked from chitradurga to Bangalore bus timing which shows different to reality. Then I am missing my office so I traveled in another bus with wasting 200 . The bus number is 2212 depot Indi crew . Please find necessary action

Unable to login to app and site even though I received new password. Is Abhibus meddling with ksrtc as they operate their own private bus services? Something wrong somewhere.

I travel a lot in the bus but I dint face this issue like in any other sites. A ladies seat was booked using the website in the double seat. I booked by logging into ksrtc website. So when a lady books double seat, the next seat in that double should be booked only by a lady. But it dint happen that way for me . I had wait for some guy to co-operate and exchange the seats with me . This is not seen in any other online bus booking sites. This is totally not satisfying for me . It clearly indicates that ladies should book at all. Either u don't allow any men book single seats or allow only lady book a double seat when already booked seat is ladies's. The authority knows about it still, the software is not corrected !! Please update it ASAP . Show to the passengers which is the ladies seat available by showing the different color of already booked ladies seat!! If I am using the application in the phone it always asks me to login everytime I open the application.

Kindly match the seat numbers for new eicher sarige busses as per the mobile app seat layout.. There is lot of confusion, bus seat numbers not as per the booking layout in app...

Worst service.. Wrong timings.. They say they will reach by 7 to Bangalore ..but it took 9 to reach tr..don't trust the timings..they r cheating people

Why I can't do transactions with citi debit cards? I could able to do transactions 2 months before .Now it shows invalid data..mainly in web application. But in web application there is no feedback option , that's why I am providing my feed back here...

I was booked tickets to Sathymanagala from mysore. Mysore to Sathymanagala journey super correct time came the bus, but in return to mysore the bus was late of 30mins actual time, it was Coimbatore to chikamagaluru bus it was horrible to wait the bus around 1,hour. Pls pick the passengers correct time

There r lot of issues with respect to login and other information. Just cannot use it at all... complete useless.

When you try to open bus route description app close itself when pressed back button....instead of moving to search list.... Need to login and again... Better to book from browser...

It amazes me why these nitwits cannot get simple things correct!!! Appears to be another one of those typical Indian PSU corruption ridden deals...

This app doesn't even work! Pathetic ksrtc. Worst feeling in the world.The old one was better.dont know why they withdraw that app. Please make a good app.

The worst app I have ever seen. Being a such big organisation they can't even invest in proper app development.

I tried five times to login and book a ticket, every time payment page is not opening.....I am very much happy that it is of my great Karnataka's greatest transportation's third class, cheap and worst app! App is in LKG level!

Waste of data and waste of time to use this app, I don't what the team is working on this,this ksrtc is not having paytm wallet option also to payments, No need of using this app better using any private bus service applications. Feeling very bad about it

Dev are you 18+? App is designed by someone who doesn't even to create a simple web app....Asking thousand questions instead of simple username password. First learn to follow Android guidelines

After submitting bank details and OTP payment window will close and if I m doing net banking it is showing processing and amount will deduct & ticket will not book.This is the problem I m facing 6th time .So disappointed. Please improve..

Needs lots of improvements. Ref some private bus app. Do the same thing here.

Worst app alway 404 error page not found.... Payment page closes automatically.... Previous app was better.... This worst and bitter

I tried to book ticket using the Net banking and the app got froze at the payment gateway redirection. Amount got deducted from my account. But I have not got a refund yet. It got deducted twice.

Used to login again and again and also the Customer Service Number doesnt responded.

Way didn't u add other banks card option. Only axis bank how can everyone have axis account. Worst app as ksrtc don't use

App closes by itself, display issue, issue in applying filters...etc..

I tried 10 times to book a ticket. Always it is giving error after entering card details for payment. Never expected this type of service from ksrtc.please don't download this app

One of the worst bus ticket booking apps. whenever you minimize the app to search/copy for some details, your form is reset and you have to fill the form again. So annoying.

There is basic login issue and it is to be rectified. Every time i login, it says.. Login id is wrong. But the same is working fine on laptop... strange !!!

App is very pathetic. Even the home page is not loading... Previous version is far better.

Not good at all... Better to use web version only. Need to improve UI. Old version is better than this :(

Worst app Ever! Can't create a new user, the link sent to mobile doesn't exist. Forget password link also says the same thing, "Requested URL not found".

Don't have option to go back, no print ticket option, seat layouts are improper while booking return journey. Needs lot of improvement.

As of now its bad... Forgot password link dose not work. No back button from certain pages. If u go back it will close the app

This version of the app is not fetching any details. It could also be a mobile site and DB site sync issue. Even when services and seats are.available, the app shows no services and no seats.

I am not able to select the concession type, hence not able to book tickets for especially AIRVAT busses.
