Great app to have for bad weather

Ever since I downloaded the app on my new phone, it is always telling me "Failed to get weather info for current location" what is this about and how can it be fixed?

Installed this on new phone and the only way it will update the temp or anything is to open the app before or on my old phone it would update itself it also doesn't stay in my status bar like it's suppose to. If these issues were adjusted or fixed I would probably change my rating but until then it's what it is or lower

Constanly..."failed to retrieve weather data" no future scan. Please fix!

The new update has a major flaw for any LG V10 owner, it randomly, completely takes over my second screen. This is annoying! Well, I guess that's the end of weather prediction, they must think the world is ending tonight, New Year's Eve 2016.

Have used this app on a previous phone and loved it. But since I installed it on the new phone, it won't load any data past 12/31.

Seems to be an issue, no forcast past 12/31 ???

Won't load videos of forcasts anymore!

This used to be a great app. Suddenly, radar stopped working. Notification bar ALWAYS says light rain, never changes.

It helps me no when a storm is or where it is

I somewhat like the new graphics, but I do prefer the old app better.

The new update is a huge disappointment. Please go back to the old version. Because I'm already looking for a different weather app.

The new update is horrible. The 2×1 widget looks bad and gives no info on upcoming Temps by the hour or daily.

New update? PLEASE return to the previous layout! Has been terribly hard to read & the map is smaller, as are all the daily & hourly features. Not ALL usual settings are available now. I am looking for a new weather app, PLUS this STILL sets my home-town as Sioux Falls while I'm in Northern California!

Liked the old version better! It was easier to see and navigate!

Liked the old app better. Images are much like a cartoon and map is way smaller. Layout just isn't as smooth.

The BEST weather app out there! It gets better with each update. If your looking for an excellent and reliable weather app then this is it! Update: 3/2/16 I updated to the newest version today and was extremely disappointed. I could not believe how bad this update was. I uninstalled it and reinstalled to the earlier version with my backup app. Come on KSFY, you've got to fix this.

Open up the weather map shows not a cloud in the sky but yet it's raining?! Not just once but numerous occasions. Uninstall.

Severe weather alerts are not consistent, you either don't get them at all at times or the alerts are received very late in comparison to when the NOAA sends the alerts out.

Second phone, still same issues. Centers me in South Dakota when I live in California! But when I toggle between the states and see MY area, it is pretty much accurate. Hourly predictions are very useful for "what to wear" that day. Seeing earthquakes around the world are also of high interest to me. Keeping this app!

I love this app! It's especially good at keeping me up-to-date on weather alerts. I never get caught off-guard.

I love this ap!! It's the first thing I check in the morning, it's helps me decide how I'm going to dress my 5yr old son for school each day!!!

I love this app but for the last few months the radar hasn't been accurate at all if i look at it on ksfy online and any other radar its always wrong. Hoping you guys can fix that

Since last update weather patterns rarely load.

Needs to be fixed. Keeps trying to update maps.
