NCLEX RN PN Stanford Review

I paid almost 300 for the Hurst review! 2 days a person comes to "review"and a book! this app is way better, get the paid version even more awesome 4000 questions,blew my mind. Well worth the money!

It is vry good software to study.it shuld be free ful version.it is vry use ful to study.

It would be nice if this app could be saved to SD card. Otherwise, I like it a lot.

I am able to use this when I am on break at work and at night before bed. It reinforces what I learned. Many apps don't have a maternity/OB section so I am glad that this one does. I wish that it tracked my progress though so that I could review.

Awesome Content

I like the app but it sucks that if I have a phone call or go out the app I have to start the test all the way over. It should pick up at the number I left off at.

It's OK

This app is awsome! It got me focused and thinking as a nurse...I passed the first time taking boards. The screen shut off immediately after my 85th question...which was the minimum number of correct answers neeeded to pass. I will be using this app again when I start taking classes for my BSN.

I really like the content and rationale. The only thing i dont like is having to start over each time. I don't have long slots of time to study, so i feel like ive done 50 questions over & over & will never do the rest. Ive tried the bookmark...does not work for me

For the most part I do like the questions. It's good content review. My only complaint is that the app is not user friendly and not pleasing fir the eyes. For example, the adult health category has like 700 questions. I would have to do one question at a time and bookmark once I'm done. I would love it if I can set the amount of questions and be graded on that and have a history of my quizes .not get an overall grade. Rationales could be better, but I'm cool with it.

I used this app as a primary study source 2 hours a day for a month before I took my NCLEX exam and passed it. Questions are very much like the NCLEX, enough so that as soon as I realize that during my NCLEX my stress and anxiety level dropped by about half. Highly recommend!

I haven't taken the NCLEX yet, but for practicing NCLEX-style questions on the fly during nursing school, this app is wonderful. The questions are great and the price is right. I've recommended it to everybody who asks.

Not allowing me to purchase app for rationales. Please help. Easily a 4 star app if I could fix it.

They could do better, I hear Stanfords app out does this one. Guess you get what you pay for. Not worth the 5.00 I spent!

Needs 4.4 KitKat Support. Then 5 stars!

After reviewing some of the questions, I found some discrepancies with onset and duration for some of the insulins. For instance, all my resources (saunders, online) say that NPH has an onset of 1-2 hours (60-120min) not 30-60 mins. I wish I could flag questions more easily for review. The categories aren't very clear: musculo was more about Psych, Neuro=Pedia, etc. Still, this is rather close to the actual vagueness of NCLEX and real world nursing.

Great app, I passed my nclex using this app, with another.

Most of the apps, even some books, have less than useful rationales and require you to do research to see reasoning for the answers. This app gives you great, descriptive rationales. Also the amount of questions is very impressive for a free app. For now my only issue is that some of the "select all that apply" questions have the wrong answer choice format. Some of the answers are set up like the "put steps in order" answers

I would've purchased this App but after reviewing the comments by the vendor, I decided I'd rather spend my money else where.
